The spacious open floor plan offers many great spots to relax, including a cozy living room and three quaint balconies. Other highlights include a fully-equipped full kitchen, free WiFi, four TVs, a soaking tub in the main bath, and a full-size washer/dryer. Walk down to the Ocean, three blocks away, for a day of sun and surf, or stroll to the pools and clubhouse for a swim and a bite to eat. Sunset Island on 67th St. is Ocean City's premier gated community, boasting luxurious amenities in an ideal location. Positioned only two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean, this 37-acre private community is surrounded by the Bay on three sides, giving you tranquil scenery throughout the day and breathtaking views at Sunset. The facilities include both indoor and outdoor pools, a clubhouse, shoreline walking paths, bayside beaches, interactive fountains, and much more. All of this, and you'll be just a short drive from the Ocean City boardwalk and world-class golf.

Things to Know
A building registration fee includes six facility passes and three parking passes. Additional facility passes are $70 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass. The fees are the following: January 1 - April 30 and October – December 31 = $100. May 1 - May 25 = $150. Sunday before Memorial Day, May 26 to Saturday after Labor Day, September 7 = $200. September 8 - September 30 = $150.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
