Pretty Good But Could Be Great

Excellent location, unbeatable views from balcony, but lacking some things essential to an enjoyable stay. Space, condition, furnishings are all very good. However, no A/C or fans; and no screens on windows. This means stifling heat and leaving windows open for some voracious mosquitoes. We did not sleep well at all. My other significant complaint is that the window shade on balcony window was inoperable (yes, I contacted Interhome about this within 24 hours. The response was "shade does not function"). A functional shade of any sort would have helped with reducing heat from morning sun. Other more minor complaints are: no coffee filters, no stove-top coffee maker, no paper towels, no extra toilet paper, no dish-washing liquid, and linens supply does not include washcloths nor bath mat.

We can confirm that we have been in contact with the management team dealing directly with the property in order for them to make the necessary improvements to the property. We must apologise that the on-site team were unable to resolve the issue on spot, however we assure you changes will be made and also the window shade will be repaired as soon as possible. All of our properties are self catering, and that is the reason for the lack of particular facilities you mentioned yet we apologise for any confusion. Appartement juste repeint à notre arrivée. la vue est magnifique, mais l'appartement devient de plus en plus vétuste chaque année. Beaucoup de moustique et pas de climatisation.

Très bien mais un gros problème de gestion des clés

quel dommage qu'il soit si compliqué de récupérer les clés. l'agence est à San Antoni, à 20 minutes en voiture de San Feliu et lorsque l'on a pas de voiture c'est extrêmement compliqué. cette donnée très importante quant au choix de la location n'est précisée que dans le voucher après avoir payé intégralement le séjour. Il faut pouvoir le mettre dans les conditions de location pour que le client puisse le savoir avant. En plus, le déplacement d'un agent pour récupérer les clés est facturé 30 euros, c'est un scandale.
