Chalet Ourson du Passieu is a newly-renovated farmhouse for 10, with five bedrooms and five bathrooms and over three floors.

Don't be fooled by the chalets's charming traditional exterior - once you step through the doors you'll find a comfortable, modern home, with stylish decor and all the facilities you need to help your holiday go without a hitch, including a well-equipped kitchen, a separate laundry room, five stylish bath and shower rooms, a sauna and an open-plan living area that opens on to a balcony.

The bedrooms are all well-appointed, with three doubles and a bunk room, each with their own (not necessarily en suite) bath or shower room. But the final bedroom, the master suite on the top floor, really takes the prize! From the bed you look out over a stunning view, which is even better if you step out on to the balcony.

But despite its idyllic setting, Chalet Ourson du Passieu is only a five-minute drive from the ski lifts, shops and restaurants of Saint Nicholas La Chapelle and Flumet, and just a 15-minute drive from Megeve. In the summer you can spend a sunny day at the leisure lake in Flumet, enjoy a gentle stroll along the Arrondine river or head for the peaks for a more challenging hike.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.

Chalet incroyable dans un lieu très calme sans aucun vis-à-vis ni route, exposition parfaite et vue sur la montagne. Très bien équipé, avec du matériel haut de gamme et des finitions soignées. Excellente literie et grand sauna. Suite parentale au niveau 3 fantastique ! Beaucoup d’espace dans ce grand chalet. Nous étions très à l’aise pour notre famille de 7 personnes. We had a lovely stay at the Chalet! The managers welcomed us warmly and were very easy to communicate with to organize the arrival and departure. The chalet is situated beautifully and has been furnished with care and attention to detail. Un paradis blanc

Un coin de Paradis blanc en pleine nature, entouré de la faune, au calme absolu où tout est simplement parfait. Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine de Noël en famille avec enfants et petits-enfants. Ce chaleureux et spacieux chalet est très confortable, très bien équipé, très bien décoré et parfaitement entretenu, tout y est. Thérèse, la gardienne de ce Paradis, est d'un grand professionnalisme, accueil chaleureux, plein de gentilles attentions, plein de bons conseils et d'une réactivité hors pair. Perfect, peaceful location with an incredible view. Just up the road from St. Nicholas, where you can enjoy delicious croissants and bread at L'Eau Vive. Very cozy atmosphere

Wonderful and beautiful place to spend a weekend or a week away! The chalet is well equipped and offers a very cozy atmosphere for everyone to enjoy. The kitchen is extremely spacious and equipped for lots of cooking. We had a wonderful time relaxing and enjoying by the fireplace and warming up in the sauna. Rooms were spotless and comfortable. Everything in this chalet was just perfect and we would highly recommend it for anyone looking for either relaxing time or some outdoor adventure. Communication with the hosts was incredible efficient and they were very warm and welcoming.

Your perfect Chalet in the mountains

The Chalet Ourson du Passieu was the perfect home base for our hiking and biking tours in the wonderful region of Haute-Savoie and Savoie. The house is extremely spacious, comfortable, furnished with great taste, and fully equipped with everything you may need. The contact with the manager, Thérèse, was very friendly and easy. One thing to note: Be aware that the cows and sheep with their bells come very close to the house at times during the grazing season. People seeking peace and quiet might feel disturbed by this. If this is not a problem for you, we can recommend the chalet without hesitation.
