Awesome Beachfront Condo! Clearwater 1B

Need extra space? We also own a two bedroom and two bath unit in this same complex. It sleeps 8. You can see it at VRBO.com/2155539.

Located in the heart of Gulf Shores, this is a low density coplex with only 4 units per floor and 8 stories. Unit 1B is one floor up since there is parking underneath the first floor. It is a short fight of stairs or elevator ride to the condo. This complex is conveniently located close to restaurants, shops, fun kid activities, grocery stores, and Wal-Mart.

This large one bedroom condo will sleep 6 comfortably with a king size bed in the master bedroom, a berth bunk area (suitable for children or small adults) in the hall, and a sleeper sofa. The pool is just below the balcony and the beach is a short boardwalk away. This is a first floor unit. However, it is up one flight of stairs due to a parking garage located on the bottom level. The building does have an elevator.

Much needed vacation

We were looking for a nice place with an ocean view and this did not disappoint! Perfect location to everything we wanted to do. Well supplied, clean, and very relaxing. We love the Clearwater complex so much that we now own two units in the same complex! We fell in love with these condos because of the location and breathtaking views from the balconies. Nothing is more relaxing than watching the sun rise or set while enjoying your favorite beverage.
