If you are looking for gorgeous accommodations, beach access, amazing views and incredible dining, then this is it!
Newly remodeled Penthouse Condo in the much desired El Anclote Condominiums. Our 2 bedroom 2 bath top floor condo overlooks the finest beaches in PUNTA de MITA.
Our Kitchen has recently been remodeled with a large quartzite island, beautiful parota wood cabinets and a dishwasher (which is hard to find in Mexico) and equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy a home cooked meal. You will most likely enjoy most meals out on our terrace which offers the most beautiful views of the ocean and the pool of Anclote. You will experience the amazing sunsets sitting on the terrace, so dont forget to bring your camera.

El Anclote condominiums offers a gated community with 24 hour security. This is a quiet, safe community so we do ask that you abide by the condo rules, respect quiet hours and our neighbors. We will provide the guards your name in order to grant access through security. On the day of your arrival we will send you the door code and you will be all set!
Punta de Mita is known for its amazing surf breaks, restaurant row with delicious food and drinks, and lots of shopping.
You dont need a car to get around town but if you prefer to rent one, please let us know so we can forward the information to security.
Your days can be filled with surfing, paddleboarding, swimming, fishing and even tennis at our condo’s private tennis court. When its time to relax, you can enjoy some time at our pool and hot tub, recline on our terrace or unwind watching TV on one of the two smart TV’s or accessing our fiber optic internet (200mbs) either in the spacious living room or master bedroom. This place really has it all!

Great Location!

This property was as described. We loved the huge balcony and the condo is very sizable as well. It's in walking distance to all the restaurants and small grocery store which was helpful since we didn't have a car. Monica was very responsive whenever I needed information or help with something. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Condo review

Our hosts are selling their rental property which may be why the unit seemed dated. There was sparse furniture in the living room but we remedied that by bringing in the deck chairs. The balcony/ patio/ was very dated and pretty dirty( seating pads etc. ) We didn’t cook but it seemed the Kitchen was well supplied. Every evening there was a foul smell in the bathroom like clockwork ( early eve) but went away most of the time. Monica and Mike were very responsive to anything we needed and notified us when something was happening at the condo. Condo ready for a re boot which is happening soon with its sale.

Perfect for me

This property was perfect for me. My daughter and her family stay in this complex, and it's great to be so close to them for meals and trips to the pool and beach. Additionally, the staff are very helpful in getting transportation into other towns and to the airport

Amazing spot

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Very spacious, the kitchen had all the amenities you could ask for. The hosts were quick with communications. Security guards were super friendly and nice. Pool and tennis court were lovely. Steps away from restaurants and beach, as described. Absolutely loved it and can't wait to go back ;)

Nice condo in convenient location of Punta Mita

The condo was as listed and the owners kept in touch during the stay as there was an internet outage for a few hours that they let us know about. Convenient location with plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby. Gated and guarded condo complex makes you feel even safer.

wonderful property!

This is a great property with beautiful ocean views. The condo is nicely appointed and has fast internet and smart TVs. The kitchen has everything you might need. There is a large balcony with a grill. The condo was clean and well kept and we have no complaints.

Great trip!

Could not have been any easier. Communication was great. Property exactly as described. Great location. Wonderful owners. Huge glass doors were so clean we thought they’d been left open… Looking forward to a return trip.

Perfect spot in Punta de mita

We loved everything about this condo. Beautiful and clean, walking to all the restaurants and beach. The pool was lovely and security guards were very friendly and helpful. I Highly recommend Mike and Monica’s condo!
