Swim, lounge, and snorkel at the fabulous Mana Kai Maui Resort, the jewel at the end of one of Maui’s best beaches! The Mana Kai Maui Resort uniquely offers all the advantages of a condo vacation, but with the added amenities of a resort hotel. Choose from condominium or hotel-style accommodations. The condominiums include one and two-bedroom suites, complete with well-equipped kitchens and private lanais. In-room safes and free high-speed WiFi access are also available. Comfortable hotel-style suites with full baths are also available just steps away from the ocean. You'll also have access to two gas grills and laundry facilities available on the property. While our amenities do not include poolside towel service, our condo and hotel suites are equipped with beach towels for use at the pool and beach. Take advantage of the resort atmosphere with special features including free parking, a pool, open air dining with lounge, yoga classes with Maui Yoga Path, a fitness center, an activities center, a gift shop, a general store, a business center with computers, and conference/meeting facilities.

This is a subunit unit that can be rented along with Mana Kai Maui Resort 605, which can be rented separately.

This rental is located on floor 6.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Just 100 ft. from the beach. Great beach, great snorkeling. Perfect location to everything. We always stay here when we come to Maui.

The Location of this complex is perfect. It is a short walk down the beach to the larger resorts and shopping at Wailea. This particular unit was perfect. The room was exceptionally clean and the sixth floor location is high enough yet close enough to see the turtles swimming in the water. This was an incredible value. Highly recommend it.

Great value and location

Came for conference. Beautiful unit overlooking beach. Gorgeous view from the lanai and bed. Wonderful welcome package. Loved my stay here; would have stayed longer if unit were available. So many fantastic things to do nearby - central location makes everything about Maui accessible. Activities hostess was amazingly helpful too (and I’ve been to Maui many times). The only issues I had (not too big a deal): 1) upstairs neighbors were rudely noisy until 1am the first night - dragging furniture around, loud out on the lanai. I told downstairs office the next day and every night afterwards, upstairs went quiet at exactly 10pm. But otherwise still obnoxiously loud. 2) a few things just weren’t clean. Refrigerator had food drippings on sides along top shelf, hairs and mud on the shower walls. And I wish there were a hot tub, but that’s just not an option here. Be aware that laundry is not in the unit, but was on the sand floor (pay for it - no detergent or dryer sheets provided that I saw) Unit had a lot of great things for use. Coolers and chairs. Oils and spices and sugar and everything needed for cooking. Filtered water from the fridge. Ice maker in the freezer. Bed plenty comfy. I didn’t try the pull out sofa. There is a sliding wall to close off the bed - if separate bedroom space desires (and still leaves access to bathroom with complete privacy in the bedroom). Not all units have this feature. Loved this spot - hope to rent again.

Bugs everywhere, little to no resolution options from management

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights 5/18-5/23. Upon the first night we noticed bugs were in the unit but didn’t think too much of it since we were in hawaii. The second night there became more and by the third morning the entire unit was INFESTED with bugs! I have the photos as proof. My husband and I had to sleep in our rental car. My husband spent the entire night and rest of our trip vacuuming bugs. Vacasa was of no help as I reached out at night and they said someone would contact me first thing in the morning. No one did. It wasn’t until I reached out again the following morning at 10 am to seek a resolution. The options were that I can either leave and receive a refund which wouldn’t be immediate (no extra funds to go pay for a brand new place to stay, and there was no availability nearby anyhow), or Vacasa offered to move us to other locations. 8 out of the 10 were on a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT Hawaiian island. The other two were an hour away from the location we chose in which we had dinners and excursions planned. They were also not worth the amount we paid for this unit. The view was beautiful and the location was great. However, the bugs and customer service truly ruined it for us. We even brought bugs home in our suitcases and had to deep clean our home! Please beware.

Wonderful little space

We really enjoyed our stay here. The Mana Kai is a very nice hotel. The only reason I gave it a 4 on cleanliness was that I stepped on a small piece of glass while unpacking. Got over it fairly quickly. Lovely view and a good space to work from. Quiet all accept the happy sounds of children and the wonderful surge of the surf. We highly recommend this unit.

Wonderful View
