Set on a 12-hectare property, the stableman's house and the neo-Gothic château date back to 1895. Baugé, 4.6 km away, offers shops and services. You'll be 35 minutes from Angers and Saumur, and 20 minutes from the Loire River and La Flèche Zoo.

[THE COTTAGE] Completely renovated, the cottage is bright, comfortable, and peaceful. Enjoy the 67 m² spread over two levels. On the ground floor: a 33 m² living area with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the dining and lounge areas (wood-burning stove - wood provided). The large glass roof offers views of the surrounding woods. Upstairs: one bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, one bedroom with two 90 x 190 cm single beds and an extra bed, a toilet, and a shower room.

Outside: the very spacious covered terrace allows you to enjoy the fresh air even in rain or intense heat. A north-facing terrace with garden furniture and an electric griddle. The lawn is currently being finished. The cottage is surrounded by a private wood with walking paths starting right from the property. The setting is peaceful: you can enjoy the birdsong in complete privacy.
