Luxury and privacy meet at this Kihei Condo, located in the condo resort known as Maui Kamaole®, and just minutes away from the three sunny Kamaole beaches. Kamaole Beach Park III, located just across South Kihei Road, is one of South Maui’s best swimming, snorkeling, and sunning beaches. This luxurious and extra-spacious condo showcases a lovely view. Strolling the grounds of this low-rise property, you'll discover tropical gardens, two pools (the lower pool is heated), a pool spa, tennis courts, and barbecue areas.

Comfortably and elegantly furnished, both one and two bedroom units provide many perks that include two bathrooms, air-conditioning, free high-speed WiFi, free cable TV , a DVD player, telephones, washer/dryers, and well-equipped kitchens. In-room safes are available. The spacious lanai offers spectacular views and a true taste of Hawaiian living.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Close to lower pool

The condo is close to parking and the lower pool. It has a very comfortable bed and furnishings. The lanai is well landscaped but very close to the A parking lot. A door code instead of a key is really great.

A Great Holiday.

The Condo was nice and close to all the places we wanted to go. The Condo has most everything you need if you want to cook in. The front Lanai was beautiful, very tropical. The beach chairs and umbrella were great. We used them often. We enjoyed our stay at your Condo. Thank you.

The best property on Maui

This place is the best I’ve ever stayed at while visiting maui. Its close to the beach which made it so convent to walk to. Only junk part was there was construction going outside the property which turned us around on where we were going. Loved that we had a washer and dryer which made it easier with traveling with a crazy child who loves to get dirty.

Location Excellent but unit is in need of updates

Maui kamaole is a great location. The property grounds are beautiful but this unit is in dire need of an update. When we arrived we thought the unit looked generally clean however after about 10 minutes of walking around the unit we realized the floor were filthy. The management company was great and dealt with the floors right away. So many things could have been better in this unit. The cost of this unit is too much for the shape it’s in …. Invest some money in this unit to justify your cost. We made the best of our trip but disappointing unit. Still love Maui😀

Loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay in B106! Convenient location (both within the property as well as in Kihei), spacious, and CLEAN! We loved the little extras- a few treats, beach chairs, beach towels, even snorkel gear and books to read if we had forgotten our own! The view of the patio from inside was gorgeous- perfectly landscaped to make you feel alone! We enjoyed having the enclosed patio off the bedroom too, but mainly to dry out towels and suits… that area could use a little sprucing up to make it more inviting. (And towel hooks of some sort would be a great addition.) I’m usually pretty grossed out by hotel/condos, so saying this place was clean inside really means something! I even used the washer/dryer, which I would never usually even consider doing. And this may be silly, but it was really convenient having a keypad code to open the door rather than a key to have to keep track of. We didn’t use the pool, but it was nice that it was right across the street. We also loved the assigned parking space-never having to search for parking is a time saver! Awesome Maui Kamaole

Love the lush landscaping, with all the birds and geckos too! We have almost always stayed on Keawakapu beach, in 3 different condos over the years, but prices for those properties have risen beyond our reach. Maui Kamaole was close enough to the beach but much more budget friendly. The only downside is if a family of elephants occupy the 2nd floor condo above you!

Nice spacious condo!

The bedroom was large. Loved having 2 bathrooms and liked that the master bath sink was separated from the ton and toilet. Also loved having a lanai off the bedroom and another off the living room.

Fabulous!

We loved the two different pools and the location was perfect. The arrival gift bag and the extra ice in the freezer were super sweet touches. We will definitely be staying here again!

Nice, clean and comfortable vacation condo.

The condo was very comfortable and quite spacious for our Maui vacation. We spent many hours on the lien, which included daily meals, enjoying the morning sun, socializing with others or just relaxing. The landscaping of the complex is outstanding! Though we did not have a view of the ocean, the palm trees and other plants, bushes and trees made for a nice background/view!! Vacassa's immediate response to a few issues that arose, was outstanding!

We have stayed at this property before but not in unit B106. Loved the property and the unit we had was fab for us with son and wife in the unit above us. Our place was very clean and spacious. We did have to buy toilet paper but that is a minor detail. Loved the location in cluster B as close to pool and beach 111 was a short walk away to watch the sunsets. Unit was exactly as we viewed on line. Can't say enough about the staff who answered our calls and questions, very very professional, helpful and friendly. Will befinitely be returning.

We Loved this Place!!

We looked at a number of places on Maui - mostly at Kihei and settled on this one. Though there isn’t an ocean view the back lanai isn’t literally like having your own little private garden paradise. We value our morning quiet and coffee A LOT more than looking at a busy beach - though the beaches here are amazing. The place is clean and comfortable and the kitchen is pretty well set up. I love cooking so I’m always a little disappointed in the knives found in rental units… by that’s a tiny issue which I’m guessing 95% of guests wouldn’t even think about. My wife and I mentioned MULTIPLE times to each other during our 12 day stay how grateful we were to find this unit.
