This well-loved and timeworn summer cottage offers a peaceful shorefront perch overlooking Gilpatrick Cove and Northeast Harbor’s historic Fleet. With its stately bones and gracious layout, the home still carries the charm of bygone summers, though some features show their age. Available only in June, September, and October, it's best suited for off-season stays. While not modern or flashy, it can comfortably accommodate a larger group — ideal for those who appreciate character, simplicity, and the quiet beauty of the Maine coast.
To Book:

1. Please begin by sending us an inquiry message confirming the number of adults and children in your group. If you're bringing a pet, include a brief description. (A pet fee applies, $140 per pet, if approved.)
2. Before submitting your request, review the Rental Agreement. By proceeding, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined by the homeowner.
3. Arrival and departure details will be sent to you via email.
4. No smoking or vaping is permitted on the property.
5. Once the owner approves your request, we’ll confirm your booking and send you a reservation confirmation.
(Exceptions to minimum stay requirements may be considered—please ask!)

FIRST FLOOR: Large Living Room with fireplace and sliding glass doors to the front deck. Kitchen with a dining table that seats at least six comfortably. Half Bath, Laundry area.

SECOND FLOOR: Primary Bedroom with King bed and water views. En suite Bath with tiled shower, clawfoot tub, and double sinks. Bedroom with Twin beds. Bedroom with a King bed and water views (this room is currently pictured as having two orange metal frame beds, but has recently been improved). Bedroom with Twin beds. Full Bath with tiled shower off hall.
THIRD FLOOR: Large Bedroom with King bed and water views. Private Full Bath with tub and shower (not renovated). Children's Bedroom with Single bed and water views. Full Bath with combined tub and shower. Children's Bedroom with Twins and water views.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Across to the front and overlooking the water, lovely sunny deck, half of which is covered.

GUEST APARTMENT: Potentially available for an additional fee, an attached guest apartment adds 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for an additional four people. Compact but efficient, the apartment enjoys a private entrance and a private deck overlooking Smallidge Cove. Note that the apartment may or may not be occupied by the owners or other tenants during your stay.
