It was a nice clean place, would stay again, I would suggest leaving more towels, especially for a 3 day stay

We will be back!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We will stay here again. Lovely room and lovely ocean view. Boardwalk is new and great to walk ocean getting. Both pools are great for kids. Staff friendly. Only issues we had on first night the fridge wasn't working and had to throw away all meat. Staff did give US a mini fridge to use right away. The unit above us was leaking water into our unit. They fixed the leaking from the unit above but never came back to fix the ceiling which was coming apart. But none of those things would not keep us from coming back as things happen and it did not hurt our stay. Only other thing is I'm not sure if the condo could clean up their portion of the beach or if that's a city matter, lots of trash and glass. Just have to be careful.

You are paying for beach access

Nice beach access but this property has some major building deferred maintenance issues and looks pretty severe from the outside. The building is very old and there are some cracks in the walls. The wall looks so severe outside the pool, I took some pictures. Security seems adequate but the cracks in walls and deferred maintenance will cause us to seek a different place to stay. Also given high price charged , I would expect better quality all around. Property management was good to work with.
