After spending relaxing and enjoyable time with dear friends at their condo in Pass Christian (another favorite), we decided to venture out to the Mississippi Gulf Coast for our own little perch, right on the sugar white sands of Biloxi Beach.
Never did we dream of finding a 1267 sq.ft, 2BR/2B unit on the "Top 10th Floor", next to center, with "awesome views" of the Majestic Gulf waters, miles of the Eastern shoreline, the Glorious Sunrise, vast blue skies, and the sparkle of the night lights! It just doesn't get any better! A private, air conditioned, pool side cabana (one of twelve), with wicker seating, bar, & full bath was an extra perk. (Ask about special rates to our guest depending on rental season and length of stay. (Not included in quote.)

Upon seeing the spectacular sunrise and the glistening waters, we fell in love! Certain feelings, and memories of an occasional weekend, alone, and with close friends and family, were resurrected. And, now here we are with an opportunity to stay awhile, soak in the beauty that surrounds, and enjoy watching the children of our children leaving their footsteps in the sand ...

The Mississippi Gulf Coast beckons a visit year round for both the young and the young at heart! We particularly enjoy seeing Historic Beauvoir in the winter months, with it's grand oaks all lit up, and the 1889 mansion at it's holiday best.

And in October, Cruizin' the Coast with it's thousands of 'hot cars', and live entertainment through out the area takes you back to the best of times. We invite you to test the water, enjoy the night life, and create memorable moments of your own.

Location. Location, Location! The Sea Breeze is the only High-Rise actually on the sugar white sandy beach, close to everything fun. Just across the Boulevard you will find Treasure Bay Casino, Big Play for all ages, eateries, and down from us the Waffle House, BBQ, Shaggy's and more beach side eateries, other gaming, fishing, golf, + fine dining, and shopping within a five minute drive.

A summer home for previous owner, the condo is tastefully furnished, and we continue to add personal touches to compliment the original owner's decor. The 'Top Floor' views are to die for! The floor to ceiling windows in the MBR, together with the glass slider, comfortable King bed create a haven to simply relax, name the clouds, and count the stars.

For the winter months, we've added an electric fireplace & custom draperies with black out lining in the MBR for sleeping in. Top Floor (next to Center), Awesome Views of the Glorious Sunrise, miles of Eastern shoreline, Gulf waters, and sparkle of the night lights. Who could ask for anything more?

Don particularly likes the location of Sea Breeze because it's close to the casinos. I like it because it's close to shopping. Only an hours drive from New Orleans, and two and 1/2 hours from our hometown, which is in the midst of plantation country. If time allows, a visit to Historic Donaldsonville, one time capital of LA, and to the nearby plantation homes would be a great side trip! A tour of Ascension of Our Lord Catholic Church is a must! If you venture out, stop in for a visit, we'll put the coffee on!

Sea Breeze has a family friendly atmosphere, and there is always something for both the young & young at heart on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, where everything glitters, & beckons a return visit. We especially like "simply relaxing after doing absolutely nothing".

The shuttle stops every 15 - 20 minutes out front, for those who need a ride to the casinos, restaurants/shopping. Check schedule at 2nd floor office .
