Thank you for considering our beach home. Walking distance to beach (15min) or 1-2min drive. Recently remodeled, new to Vrbo we want to make this home comfortable for you & your guests during your next getaway. Only a few exits from the Monterey Bay, Marina Beach, Carmel, Pebble Beach, the Aquarium and other coastal favorites. Don’t miss out on other local treasures like the Carmel Mission, San Juan Bautista Mission and Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. Centrally located to all including CSUMB. Great wifi for working professionals. Desk available in Den area. Large 75 inch TV for entertainment in living room. BBQ grill, patio furniture, books and so much more.
We have family friendly features such as bunk beds, a pack and play crib (per request), high chair, stroller, toddler dishes (plastic non BPA) and a kids table. Queen air mattress per request. We provide a 3 party professional cleaning service after every stay.

The house was very clean and it was a great location for visiting Monterey. The kids had a blast playing in the garage/game room. Very suitable for young kids! We had a family of 10 and even though it can accommodate up to 11 guests, I think a family of 6 would be more comfortable.

Great location-however had no heat for the first night-got below 60 degrees. Circuit breakers kept tripping. Smoke detector went off after showering. Rug corners were curled- tripping hazard. Spoke with Perla the following morning and she made arrangements to have these items checked out and fixed. We were informed of when each repair person was coming out that day. By Saturday the heater kept clinking off and tried to run. After a while it ran for a short time then would click off. By Sunday morning all it did was click and never went back on. We let the owner know of this problem and others she might want to look into before the next family rents. Such as: the toilet ran off and on in the hall bathroom. In that bathroom it took a long time to get warm water. It never really got hot. Thank you for letting us tell you about our experience.

Yes, possibly the heavy rain/storm impacted although we do appreciate you outlining our speedy response and communication, all taken care of asap and less than 24hours. Sometimes things happen beyond a hosts control, everyone’s grace is different, but I appreciate you allowing us to rectify asap. As I mentioned over the phone, our goal is to make sure our guests are taken care of promptly.

We had a great time with our family here. It is close to CSMBU and Monterey. The home was beautifully renovated, with lots of space for gathering.

Great Stay!

Very clean and spacious, great kitchen, easy drive to the beach. We used the grill several nights. Kids enjoyed the board games. We had a great stay, thanks!

Great property, close to beach

Clean, comfortable spacious home. Nicely decorated and 2 minutes to the beach and grocery shopping. Owners were great! Neighbors were very friendly, great experience!!

Such a beautiful, child and pet friendly home!

My family kept going on about how much they loved where we were staying. It was close to everything we needed and so close to the beach. So many amenities for children and pets. Rooms were large and spacious, house was clean, and kitchen had everything you could need. The twin beds are definitely targeted for children but works for smaller adults as well. Overall would recommend 100%. Thank you to the hosts for a wonderful stay!

Guy's Weekend stay

Nicely laid out place - really well designed for a family with kids. Our group was 6 guys so we needed 6 separate beds, accommodated by using a thick air mattress for the 6th which was OK. BBQ worked well, kitchen too. I would say it needed a few more adult seats for the dining table (since we had six) but for kids it would be perfect since there is a kids table. Well recommended, clean and close to the beach and our destination of Leguna Seca.

Great beach getaway

I really wish I had known about this place 15 years ago when my kids were young. This would have been the perfect house for the family to stay at for trips to Monterey, Santa Cruz and points in between. The venue was very kid-friendly ( I wanted to sleep in the teepee). Marina was foggy as it typically is in Summer, but the sunshine was not far and the town of Marina had plenty of restaurants and stores to get supplies for the house. I would like to say I would come back and stay again, and I would if I ever needed a large house down that way, but we were there for a family baby shower nearby and needed a place for us and my children's families. But do consider this venue.. Top nothc in every way.

For a family reunion

Had a group of 6 adults and one teenager. Could have used more chairs at the dining room table. Never seemed like the trash compactor ever worked. Certainly not your fault (I should have looked more closely) but the bunk beds really didn't work for our situation. It was still a wonderful house and we had a wonderful time!

It was a beautiful property, very nicely decorated and clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Close to the aquarium which is what we came for. Only minor issue was that the locks on bathroom were noisy and some creaky noises coming from the ceiling? so if you go to the bathroom at night, don't lock the door so you don't wake up anyone or maybe bring a noise machine. Perla was great and helpful.
