This Top floor Duplex-up Penthouse 4 bedroom 4 bathroom Super spacious, 2-story Private Penthouse home with a 2,000 sqft PRIVATE Roof Deck with endless roof amenities. This SPACIOUS Extra large layout is crafted to accommodate your every entertaining need. Great open layout w/ Fully-equipped Chef's kitchen, a 20' island fitted with 10 custom bar stools, 8 person dining table, Four 4K UHD TVs, and a Penthouse party room that opens to a true One-of-a-kind Outdoor entertainment space. In ceiling Surround Sound system (inside and out). Roof Deck is equipped with SunBrite Outdoor TV, Outdoor Surround Sound Speakers, 8 Person Outdoor Dining Table, Deluxe Webber Grill, Fire Pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, Vintage Drink Rails with 15 bar stools, Outdoor Shuffleboard Table, & Steps away
to The Famous “Wrigley Field”. Outdoor amenities are closed December through February and not guaranteed to be accessible during these times. Easy access to Bar’s, Restaurants, & Nightlife. Access Downtown <15 mins. 1 parking spot included about an 8-10 minute walk away from the space.

For your convenience, we offer self-check-in through a secure keyless entry system. Access codes and check-in instructions will be sent on the morning of your arrival, once the departing guest has checked out. This process helps us maintain the safety, security, and privacy of all guests staying at the property

1 reserved spot included about a 8-9 minute walk from the property for small or midsize vehicle. Free and metered parking in front of the building.

As this is a very large property, the time required to thoroughly clean and prepare the space between guests does not allow us to offer early check-in or late check-out. Unfortunately, we are also unable to accommodate luggage storage.

If you need a place to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, we recommend using a nearby hotel that offers this service or one of the many luggage storage apps available in the area.

Please note that the property is located just steps from Wrigley Field, surrounded by numerous bars and restaurants, and directly above a late-night fast-food restaurant. As a result, the area can be lively and noise levels will be higher, especially during evenings, weekends, and event days. If you are particularly sensitive to noise or are seeking a quiet retreat, this property may not be the best fit for your stay.

A lovely property with great location, and rooftop area. Sadly, there was trash, crumbs, dead insects, and used swifter when we arrived. Despite listing, there was only a single pull out queen bed. Host was unresponsive to communicate with. We were ghosted so much, VRBO was working to find us a new apartment the morning of check-in.

We had a great time! The location is awesome and communication with the host was efficient. The only complaint (and this is not really a complaint) is that the size of the secondary rooms is a little small. Overall, it was great and we would definitely stay here again with a group!

Great space and location

Spent a few nights here with friends and family. Many great hangout spots within walking distance and ample space for at the property for larger groups. Accessing the property was quick and easy and made for a great trip.

Great location and spacious

Listing has lots of room and the area has lots to do in walking distance. Communication was mostly good. Towel freshness could be better. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great Cubs Get Away

Great space for entertaining. So close to the park and restaurants. The space was great and very well appointed. A bit loud late a night, but too be expected given the location. We would rent again as it was perfect for a Cubs friends and family celebration.

Great location & amazing space!

This space was perfect for our main meeting house while my team was in town. The kitchen is stocked, the outdoor space was great, and it was the perfect location. Quick to respond to any issues or questions, parking was a bit of an issue but that was because of a home game at Wrigley.

Top Notch

While some of the outdoor amenities were older and non-operable, you cannot beat this location if you are a Cubs fan. Great spot for a large family. The property on the whole is very well kept up and clean. We hope to return in the future.

Festive Holiday Location

Fabulous accommodations! Beautifully appointed and so comfortable. This is a great location for our young adult children and their spouses. It is a late night hot spot, with a lot of bars and activities. If you are looking for a quiet place, you may want to consider missing out on this amazing property. This is our second stay and we look forward to being back next year to visit our Chicago family.

The Best Way to Experience Wrigleyville!

We had an amazing stay at this property! It has wonderful amenities and stunning views. Everything we needed was provided and the property was spotless. The roof deck can't be beat and the location right next to Wrigley made it such a fun atmosphere. The check-in and check-out process were very easy. If you want to spend a few days going to Cubs games, or if you want to just experience a great Chicago neighborhood, I would highly recommend this property!

Perfect Set Up for Groups

We were in town with family to celebrate a special event that included a Cubs game. The location could not have been better to enjoy walking distance to all Wrigley has to offer. We also hosted a small pre-game event and the kitchen is perfected suited and stocked for catering. Our guests were amazed by the rooftop deck. Beautiful home in a great location!

Awesome gathering space

Friends and family gathered to celebrate the St. Patrick's festivities. We had a great time going out on the river and parade and even though it was cold, we enjoyed the open spaces. It was also very convenient to great restaurants and pubs as well as shopping in walking distrance (Southport Ave). It was great long weekend and we hope to rent again in the spring time.

Absolutely amazing!

Everything about this house is awesome! The roof was so much fun before and after the Cubs games, the kitchen area was a great space to hang out together, and the bathrooms were top notch. The house has 7 actual beds, so if you have a group of more than 7, you’ll have to share beds or bring some air mattresses. I recommend this house, it’s the best VRBO I have ever stayed at.

Team Meeting

Amazing location with plenty of space and amenities to accommodate a family or any get together. Our team of 4 was able to have a productive meeting, cook meals, and hang out in the evening both inside and out. Being able to prepare meals and not eat in saved money and time. If you choose to hit the bars and restaurants the space is located right in the middle of plenty options. The audio/video set up is great which made the hang-out time much better. Highly recommend this place!

Great location, but unit needs some TLC

We stayed at Holy Cow while in between houses in the area. 2 adults, 3 kids. Pros: awesome space and view of wrigley. This would be an ideal location for a bachelor/ette party, group of friends in town for a game or show. Obviously close to wrigley, bars, restaurants. Cons: 1. Canes is way noisier than we expected. 2. The unit wasn’t what we are used to at this price point- budget paper products, dirty/scratched up pots and pans, discolored bath towels, sheets and blankets just didn’t feel/look clean (they clearly just wash them in house), etc. 3. The parking spot is 6 blocks away…Again, this would be an awesome spot for some 20 something’s looking for a group trip, but it didn’t fit the bill for a family looking for a 5* staycation.
