This modern, bright, spacious duplex on the top of the house is a perfect place for your family/friends/group to enjoy. The house is fenced, and the doors have a smart lock

1 twin, 1 trundle twin, 3 sleeps in total. A portable AC unit is installed in the summer only to provide extra cold air during super hot summer days.
(Note: The 3rd and 4th bedrooms in the photos are the same room space, one with 2 sleeps, one with 3 sleeps cuz one has a twin bed and one has a trundle twin bed. The platform doesn't have a selection for a trundle bed so I demonstrate them in 2 different bedrooms.)

Everyone notices how clean and fresh smelling the house was upon entry. Beds were a bit firm but linens were very soft. Bathrooms were well stocked with shampoo and conditioner and there was a hair dryer in the master but I didn’t see it before we left so I had brought my own. Loved the neighborhood. Easy walk to shopping and cafes. We walked to Wrigley Field for a cubs game. Never felt threaten or in any danger.

What a wonderful place in a great location! Online listing was 100% accurate and everything was in perfect condition when we arrived. We are a family of 5 and this condo was very spacious and inviting. There was more than enough room for all of us and having the 3 bathrooms was amazing. Sharleen, the property owner, was great to work with! I had some questions before hand and she responded immediately with answers. I knew I could get ahold of her at any moment if we ever needed anything. The location was on a beautiful, quiet street - just a few short blocks away from a brown line stop. We would definitely stay here again!

Roscoe Village is just the perfect location for a stay in Chicago. The house is roomy, clean, updated, and has everything needed for a family. The host is tremendously helpful and easy to reach as well. We would definitely like to return for future visits.

Quiet and Comfortable

We stayed here while visiting my Dad during the holidays. His apartment is a bit cramped when we visit and very noisy so we were looking for a quiet place to stay. This apartment was perfect for our family of four. The apartment was extremely comfortable and quiet (I couldn't believe how quiet it was for a city apartment). As runners, we also enjoyed exploring the path along the Chicago River, which is only about a mile away.

The property looked exactly like it was advertised. Overall, it was a good stay. We were able to find parking, which was a bonus in Chicago because you have to pay for parking everywhere you go. The house was fully equipped with everything that you need and with spacious.

Wonderful place to stay!

Very nice two bedroom apartment in Chicago. Ample parking was available almost right in front of the house. Apartment was very modern and clean. Lots of amenities. Communication with the host was very good. Nice quiet neighborhood. Would absolutely recommend this property!

The location, location, location! Roscoe Village is a charming and laidback “village within the city” neighborhood with casual taverns, independent shops, and cute cafes that spill out onto the sidewalks during the warm weather months. This is a desired family-oriented neighborhood in the busty Chicago. It's quiet, safe, has a less dense population as well as cars, and has free street parking without restrictions, yet has a lot of restaurants and small shops. It gives you a sense of privacy as well as a joyful lifestyle.

And our house is within walkable distance to Wrigley field! My kids love and play baseball, we walk to the beautiful ballpark to watch games during the season.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The place is a 4-5 minute walk to CTA Brownline Paulina station (elevated train) to Downtown, Millenium Park, and Grant Park, RiverWalk without a transfer; with a transfer to other CTA lines, you can go anywhere in Chicago without driving if it's your choice.

Also, it's 20 minutes of fun walking through the Southport corridor to Wrigley Field for Chicago Cubs games, concerts and other activities around the ballpark; Lincoln Park Zoo by 'L'. 12-minute drive to Montrose or Fullerton/North Ave beach in light traffic. It surounds with lots of local restaurants, grocery stores, farmer's markets in summer, stroll on Roscoe St for local shoppings, well-known Retro on Roscoe, Burger Fest during summer time.

It has playgrounds and baseball diamonds nearby, and the last but not the least, it's unrestricted free parking area.
