Perfect for a family or a group. Each bedroom comes with 1-3 twin beds. The mattresses are 10-inch. The house comes with a nicely furnished office space for personal work, available only upon request and host's discretion. There are security cameras mounted outside the premise. Located in a quiet and reserved neighborhood.

Good price, nice house, POOR beds

Nice single house in a quiet neighborhood near some resources (WalMart, fast food places). Beds didn’t have real mattresses. Host was accommodating for some things which we appreciated.

Worse experience ever.

Broken furniture cameras inside the house four of them had to beg to get access to the master bedroom and bath had no access to the office. The homeowner entered the house while me and my coworkers were gone for the day overall bad experience. Do not recommend renting this house.

Beautiful stay

The home was easy to checkin owner was friendly, the house was beautiful, the shower felt lovely, but you do have to bring your own wash clothes "there were none". Kitchem was beautiful but need more eating plates. we did not have trash bags other than the one in the trash can, the beds are really low and are twin size "rooms are big enough to have atleast fullsize beds, not sitting on the ground". The Beds are not made for couples. lights flicker near rooms 1,2,&3... and the first bathroom. no cable/apps unless you can login on your personal apps to the 1 tv in a 4 bedroom home. Group home stay setting ... pantry door was locked, those are small fixtures other than that it was a big house and owner was kind

- Park anywhere on the the street or side of the house.
- All visitors must be listed on the reservation as guests.

- The number of beds (i.e., rooms) available during reservation depends on the stated number of guests at the time of reservation.
- Each closets have hangers, towels and an iron for use.
- Bed comes with a 6-inch twin mattress

Normal use of common areas is okay.
Reasonable use of kitchen supplies and appliances are fine.
Dishwasher, Oven, Stove are available for use upon request, per owner's discretion
