With its open floor plan, high ceilings and exposed brick walls, you'll feel right at home in this one-of-a-kind space.

This 10-unit-cozy and inviting apartment is the perfect place to call home during your stay. With its modern amenities and comfortable furnishings, you'll have everything you need to feel right at home. The apartment features a bright living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable bedroom. The bathroom is tastefully appointed and features a shower and all the essentials you'll need. With its convenient location, you'll have easy access to local shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Book now for a memorable and comfortable stay!

- LIVING ROOM - spacious enough for 6 people.

- BEDS - the villa features a spacious queen bed, queen sofa bed, and a full pull-out bed, providing ample room for up to 6 guests.

- KITCHEN - fully equipped kitchen for your delicious meals.

- BATHROOM - clean and cozy for your stay.

- This unit is separate from the main building and is in the basement. You will have to go down several steps to get to Unit # 10.

- There is NO elevator. Stairs ONLY.

- PARKING: Street parking only.
Street parking is available, please keep in mind that parking spots may be limited in the downtown area. Our neighbor has a few parking spots available and offers a permit for just $10 a day. Please let us know in advance of your arrival.

- Apartments will be similarly decorated. Colors for curtains and sofas may be different.

- FIREPLACE - Please do NOT use it for safety purposes.

-PETS - We welcome your furry friend with a fee of $150 per pet for the entire stay. Please keep your pet supervised at all times and refrain from allowing them on furniture or beds. The fee is non-refundable and covers additional cleaning. Please do not allow your pet on the furniture or beds. Fee will apply for any damage, repairs or replacements.

- Working remotely? No problem! There is a DEDICATED WORKSPACE for you!

This unit is separate from the main building and is in the basement. You will have to go down several steps to get to Unit # 10. You can access the whole unit.

To go to the property, you can use several modes of transportation:

* By car: If you have a car, you can use a GPS navigation system or map to reach the address. You can also park in the surrounding area.

* By public transportation: The nearest light rail station is the Central Avenue & Van Buren Street Station, which is located about 0.7 miles from the property. From there, you can walk, take a taxi, or use a ride-sharing service to reach the address.

* By taxi or ride-sharing service: You can use a taxi or ride-sharing service such as Uber or Lyft to reach the property directly. Simply enter the address as your destination and let the driver take you there.

* By bike: If you prefer to bike, you can find bike lanes and bike-friendly streets in the area.

Regardless of how you choose to travel, it's recommended to check the traffic conditions and plan your trip in advance to ensure a smooth and efficient journey.

We make every effort to comply with the evolving city, state, and county regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone that is why we are partnered with "Know Your Guest," also known as "Superhog," the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Before booking, you will need to verify your details with Know Your Guest and pay a refundable security deposit of $150 or purchase a damage waiver of $20. Please ensure that you complete your validation prior to check-in.

- The complex is a NON-SMOKING area. ($700 fine fees may apply.) Please respect this rule as there are other guests. Smoking is permitted outside, but please ensure you are at least 15 feet away from all windows. Thank you for being considerate.

- Please follow the quiet hours: 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM

- We want to set your expectations that there might be occasional noises from the pipes in unit #10. It's simply a characteristic of the building's historic construction. Thank you for understanding.

***WHEN YOU CHECK-OUT***
- Late check-out fee: $100 for every additional hour beyond the 11:20pm.
- Please note that we implement this to ensure our cleaners have sufficient time to clean the property.
- PLEASE make sure to put the temperature of AC to 80 degrees.
- HVAC companies recommend setting a minimum temperature of 80 degrees Fahrenheit on the thermostat to avoid freezing up coils and other potential damage to the AC unit If your stay is from December to February. We have experienced many urgent repairs within the last few years that would have been avoided by implementing this earlier. We do not want you to experience AC problems during your stay so we have implemented this recommendation.

- Please treat the unit as your home. Fees may be applied if there are any damages.

Great stay!

Pros: The location was perfect - walking distance from a couple of cute restaurants and coffee shops! You’ve got to check out the winery down the block!! The apartment was modern and very well updated!Cons: Don’t request to check in early, due to their “cleaning standards,” they do not allow any early check in. Despite the no smoking apartment, the apartment smelt very heavily of cigarette smoke :(

everything was great, except the pipes noises every time someone on the top floor used the bathroom. I would recommend other units on the same property.
