Great stay in Princeville.

This was a very nice property. The property was very big and the rooms were spacious. The grounds and community around the area were pretty. Good access to northshore activities.

Great stay in Princeville

Overall, we had a lovely time here. The property was in a beautiful location with multiple routes to gorgeous ocean views, lots of lush greenery, and a walkable distance from Hideaways Beach (a solid place for snorkeling and a small beach with plenty of shade). The A/C kept things comfortably cool, the condo was clean and well-maintained, and the property manager was always responsive. The only (minor) issue we had was that the refrigerator compressor would rev up for a while anytime the fridge door was opened, which was annoyingly loud, but not a huge deal at all.

EMMALANI 424

This condo is in a great location to beaches, stores and hiking trails. It was very clean and well stocked. It even had beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkle gear and swim noodles. The condo is well layed out for privacy between rooms. The pool and hot tub are both very nice and clean. This was my 11th visit to the hawaiian islands and I would highly recommend staying here!

Great location, lush beautiful grounds. Twin beds require replacing but overall very comfortable and clean condo . Enjoyed watching the albatross from the balcony.

Condo has everything!

Great location, spacious, a short walk to a beautiful sunset over the ocean! It was our second time at this complex and would definitely recommend this unit and this complex.

Overall very comfortable

Condo is super clean and well stocked. Living room is light and airy and has plenty of seating. TV/Cable/DVD is easy to use. Air conditioning works great in living room and master bedroom but unit is noisy in second bedroom. (The back of the curtains in second bedroom are moldy and need to be replaced.) New beds are needed or at least given foam toppers! It would be nice to have a king in the master and not two twins put together. Overall very comfortable! I would definitely come again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As a former travel agent, I was very impressed by the property. Using stairs to the second floor was not an issue for us. We had a beautiful view overlooking the golf course. The condo was fully equipped for all our cooking needs and the bedrooms were spacious. The condo was spotless. I thought the people who helped us at Kauai Vacation Rentals were very helpful , professional and patient. I would definitely recommend them to our friends and relatives. I know I will be using them again.. Our favorite activities were finding beaches not well known to tourists. One of the highlights of our outings was to the botanical gardens located on about 220 acres. I recommend making reservations well in advance.

Kauai Doesn't Get Better

They really need to take a better photo to show you the view. It was beautiful and open, from master and living room. The unit was just as described, easy to pick up keys, and the unit has everything you need. The very lovely pool is steps away, and the unit is very quiet. A beautiful, easy walk over to the shopping area and restaurants. Enjoy the island, have a last dinner at the Happy Bar with stunning views at the Hanalei Resort, and even though the drive is long to the other side of the island, everything is worth it! A great condo, extremely clean, you won't be disappointed.

Clean, roomy, bright and comfortable. Very well stocked with extra amenities. Only 2 suggestions: hooks in entrance for outer wear and highly recommend vehicle rental , for visitors can experience more sites and dining venues .Public bus system was good but a long walk to and back from pick up spot in Princeville. Taxis seemed very pricey and inconvenient.

A Little Slice of Heaven

The AC worked great, the fridge had a fantastic ice maker with ice ready at all times!! There were chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, a cooler to use. They did have salt and pepper but a suggestion would be to have a few more spices avaliable. The pool was wonderful the hot tub was brofken the first 5 days but thankfully it was fixed on day numer 6 of our 7 day stay. The jetted bathtub was broken but no big deal. Just wish they had informed us upfront. Overall it was a fantastic stay!! YOu walk to end of property right to cliff edge to watch sunset Priceless!! YOu have a great view of Bali Hai. The North Shore is so magical. Hnalei Bay is my favorite place on earth. Rent this condo you will not be disappointed. It is upstairs so lots of climbing to carry everything up but if you a young no problem!! Loved our stay here and I would rent this condo again in the future!! Thank you Kauai Vacation Rentals. Our 27th time to your breath taking island since 2009. We love Kauai it is our second home!!
