Private house in the heart of the pedestrian zone of Annecy, next to the Castle and very close to the lake.

Contrast between the historical exterior from the 15th century, near the castle, and the contemporary and cosy style inside. Articulation over several levels of contemporary lines and noble materials, such as wood, steel wood, white concrete white concrete and workshop partitions.

Our house has multiple living levels (triplex) with stairs, so it is not ideal with young children (no stair safety barriers) nor for people who move with difficulty (elderly people).

Beautiful house wonderful location

We loved this house so much. It was close to everything but was in a quiet little nook. The street was charming and beautiful. The house was very unique and modern inside.

Stylish and well decorated house of stairs

Super location in old town of Annecy. Very well decorated, fun layout for kids with lots of stairs. Very clean overall, basement a bit less.

Lovely home in a perfect location for exploring all that Annecy has to offer! Comfortable for a family of 5, clean, well appointed kitchen. Communication was very difficult. Very slow to respond to emails.

Excellent location. Really nice quirky house. The bad: communication, cleanliness, and heaters locked too low.Annoying paperwork and communication through rubbish third-party app that the company that owns this place uses across all listing sites rather than communicating directly through VRBO.Mold in downstairs shower on the wall at approx 2m above floor. Heater upstairs was locked to be raised no higher than 20.5C.This place feels like a fairly shoddily managed commercially-run place by a large company rather than a true vrbo (aka vacation-rental-by-owner).

Excellent location - at heart of old town

Beautiful apartment - a great mix of old and modern. The layout maximizes efficiency and quality. Everything you could need is provided. The space is more ‘vertical’ - if you have troubles with steep stairs or spiral staircase then it’s not for you… Location is perfect! Right in the old town. Close to anything and everything. Highly recommended!

The location of this space was gold. A quiet little pocket just a very short stroll from old town and all its charm. I usually prefer a home with a proper space to sit outside with a cup of coffee or glass of wine, but my friend and I took to sitting on the front steps, which will long be remembered as a favorite part of our time. The neighborhood cat befriended us - and ‘protected’ us from additional cats, who tried to encroach on our territory and we even got to chat with our neighbors a bit. P.S. you need to be agile on a ladder for the main bedroom.

Lovely, Modern Apartment

This property has been updated with great attention to the interior details. It’s quite lovely. The location in Annecy is perfect. Just enough off the main path to avoid the sounds of the crowds. We had a slight glitch with checking in, the messages we received were from 2 different booking companies, but in the end it was straightened out in short time.Something to note: the apartment is on 4(ish) levels. No problem for us, but guests should be aware of the stairs.Overall, we are very happy with our stay in this lovely home! Many thanks!

Le logement est tres bien situé et conçu avec goût mais il existe quelques points négatifs. Les chauffages sont insuffisants en raison d'un manque d'isolation. Et la communication est totalement absente. Dommage car l'emplacement est idéal en plein cœur d'Annecy.

Très bien situé

Maison très bien située, prés du lac, prés des commerces. Arrivée autonome avec du thé, du café et un petit gâteau et un petit fascicule pour nous donner les bonnes adresses du quartier. Maison moderne, lumineuse et toute ouverte, sur environ 5 niveaux : entrée par la cuisine, niveau +1 une suite parentale accessible par échelle, niveau -1 le coin salon, niveau -2 une salle d'eau et niveau -3 une chambre (avec un lit double et 1 lit simple superposé). Draps et serviettes fournies. Il y a du gel douche et un sèche-cheveux. Bref nous avons aimé cette maison. Le seul point à améliorer serait de mettre des rideaux à toutes les fenêtres car sinon on est réveillé par la lumière du matin.
