Overall we had a lovely trip. The property is very close to the pools and beach as well as to my in-laws' condo. There was plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 kids. We had several challenges at the property including poor water pressure and malfunctioning shower heads. A very nice maintenance man replaced 3 shower heads for us, however, the water pressure remained very low. It was incredibly difficult for more than one person to shower at the same time. Not acceptable for a home that sleeps 8. The mattress is very hard in the 2nd floor master. There were also more than a few bugs, dead and alive in the house. I understand that it is summer in the south, but still kind of gross. None of the above ruined our stay, but we did expect more at this price point.

Thank you Sheri for your response. We will share your comments with the owners as well as investigate the water pressure issue. This home has a scheduled pest control program in place, please know that in the event bugs become a problem we can have the property retreated. Again thank you for the feedback.

Great beach house!

We liked having two king bedrooms, one downstairs(good for grandparents) and one upstairs. The elevator was a huge help as well. The porches were great to sit on with a great ocean breeze along the front of the house.
