Amazing Cottage for Rent

Cottage for rent on beautiful Burnt River, just less than 2 hours from downtown Toronto. Renovated Four Season 3 Bedroom Cottage with about 120' of Deep Clean Direct Waterfront and Direct Access to the Trent Severn Waterway and Cameron Lake. Amazing Victoria Trail right near the cottage. The cottage offers you nice privacy in a quiet area with a lot of amenities and activities around the cottage. Enjoy Morning Sunrise, sitting right near the water, or on the fishing/swimming dock and Evening Campfire under the Stars. Relax on the deck or play volleyball on the lawn. Enjoy cycling, hiking, canoeing, swimming, or Explore the Extensive Network of Trails in The Surrounding Area during the summertime. Miles of great well known ATV trails right beside the corner. Enjoy the cottage private life with Fenelon Falls just 10 min drive with one of the best ice creams in the country, as well as nice restaurants, LCBO and brewery. River is deep, bank is steep, it is about 1.2-1.5 meters deep water near the shore, however no running water and very calm, so everyone can swim comfortably, kids require swimming vest which we supply.
If you like fishing, this is your place to spend time near the water.
Water from water well is good for shower, dish washing, please bring bottled water for tea, coffee and food cooking.

A great place to relax and enjoy kayaking.

We had a wonderful experience staying in this cottage. It was clean, had everything we needed and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend it.

Definitely Amazing Cottage!

It was a fantastic long weekend!Swimming in the river, kayaking—our paddleboard was also in use—and spending cozy evenings near the fire pit—this cottage provides you with so many different areas to hang out. A BBQ and a fully equipped kitchen will give you everything needed for a perfect meal. We will definitely come back again!Thank you for such a perfect family time ;)

Perfect Get Away!

We had a great time here. The cottage and property was lovely, clean and comfortable. We were particularly happy with the amount of indoor and outdoor space for our group of 7. The kitchen was surprisingly well equipped too. We'd recommend this property to our friends.

Very nice

Had everything we needed, host was easy to contact. the location was perfect, close to town and a beautiful view. wish we knew beds only had comfortersand no sheets other than a bottom sheet.

Great spot. Neat and rowdy place. Has everything you need. Great property. Friendly neighbors hreat spot if you like to paddle. Short drive to town if you need some supplies. Definitely going back.

Great Spot

I visited with 4 kids/teenagers between the ages 5&17. Valeriy's was great for the 5 of us. It had plenty of amenities and was really well equipped with kitchen supplies and outdoor activities. Lots of privacy and property to run around. We ate dinner every night in the dining tent. We really enjoyed our time there and everything the cottage had to offer. We hope to visit again next year.

A+ Experience All Around

A group of friends and I stayed at this property for 3 nights and it exceeded expectations in every way. Valeriy was very responsive from start to finish and answered all questions we had almost immediately. The cottage was very clean and well stocked with everything you may need for a weekend stay (cups, dishes, pans, cutlery, spatulas, etc.). The sauna was a very nice 'extra' and the river was fantastic to swim in. Highly recommend this property for your next trip.

Awesome summer stay

Cottage was easy to check in to, and the town of fenelon falls nearby is adorable. The cottage was way more spacious than expected, and had an accesible washer dryer and dishwasher. Kitchen and grill was easy to use. Plenty of chairs and couches, as well as chairs outside. A lot of activities can be done on water, the water gets deep fast near the dock so you can jump and kayaks are available along with other water floaties. Nice quiet area, no complaints.

amazing cottage

beautiful cottage we had a very good time everything was as describe we did the best choice in booking in this cottage! Worth to drive for about hour & half from Newmarket Ontario . Beautiful water view. Everything you're looking for nature feeling is in this cottage. A place to get away from city living. Price is fair enough. Highly recommended. We had a good time, fun, laughters and wonderful experienced. We will definitely come back here again... 👍👍 Date of stay: September 02 2023
