May vacation

Great location, easy to walk to beach, great places for coffee and croissants, literally across the street and around the corner. Had a great week, we also drove from San Sebastián to Pamplona, Bilbao, Burgos, among many other stops!!!

Perfect apartment for our needs - clean, kitchen had everything you would need and only a 10min bus to the centre, or a 20 min walk to the beach. Nice breakfast spots near by. The pool was closed due to the time of year we were there, but otherwise no complaints. Thank you Philipp for our stay!

Lovely apartment in a good area

The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable in a very convenient location for bars, cafes and small convenience stores. Lovely friendly atmosphere. Bus service into the centre of San Sebastián is excellent. The taxi service is also very good. Denise, our host, was very helpful. All in all a brilliant place to stay.

This place was well appointed and clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool was a nice bonus for the kids, although one would likely prefer to swim in the nearby beautiful beach. Location was excellent in a pleasant neighborhood near a nice playground and walkable to the beach. Many restaurants, cafes, and bakeries nearby. There were ample bus options to the center of town. Easy to communicate with the owners. This apartment is a great option for families that represents a reasonable balance of value and convenience.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment and would happily return. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed.The apartment was ideal for our family with three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an excellent power shower. The balcony was also a lovely space to relax after a day exploring Donostia.Philippe was a good host making everything straightforward from booking to check-out.We particularly loved the neighbourhood. It felt like a genuine local area rather than a tourist hotspot, with charming cafés on almost every corner and a great atmosphere. The plaza near the music college has several excellent places to eat, and there are plenty of local food shops selling fresh, high-quality produce.Getting around was easy thanks to the superb bus links. We recommend getting a MUGI card from the local bookshop for convenient and affordable travel.For those interested in fitness, there’s a gym about five minutes away. We also highly recommend La Perla on the La Concha promenade, where a monthly membership provides access to excellent hydrotherapy pools and wellness facilities.One thing worth checking before arrival is access to the apartment’s swimming pool if this is important to you.Overall, this apartment provided a comfortable, welcoming base and helped us experience the real Donostia. Highly recommended

Bel appartement spacieux et confortable. Neanmoins dans la suite parentale la douche n'est pas pratique car l'eau s infiltre jusque la porte par manque de cloison et le manque d'une place réservée de parking reste un point négatif. Le propriétaire était parfaitement réactif et très agréable sur les échanges. Emplacement idéal pour profiter de la vieille ville et du bord de mer.

We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay and would very much look forward to hosting you again. We are sorry that you found the shower in the main bedroom cumbersome. This is normally never an issue. It could be that the drain was clogged and we could have sent a plumber had we known about it during your stay. Regarding the parking, please note that the description doesn't state that we have private parking. There is a very large metered parking lot right behind our building and an even bigger free parking less than a 5 minutes walk from our apartment.

Lugar muy seguro, acogedor, limpio, con tiendita, cafeterías y restaurantes alrededor, tal como está en las fotos. Las recomendaciones de Phillip para comer o cenar fueron extraordinarias, sin duda volveríamos a quedarnos aquí la próxima vez, parada del camión muy cerca. Gran lugar! A perfect place!

Big thanks to Philipp for our stay. The apartment is ideal. Clean, spacious, well kept, comfortable and a perfect location. The area feels lovely and safe and so much nearby. We’d love to return and would definitely choose to stay here again if possible.

Excellent property and location

The property is set in a great location with easy access to the beautiful beach & old town, making it viable to walk or jump on the bus. The property is modern & clean and plenty of space having 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge area if needed, easy access via stairs or lift to the 1st floor. It was also nice to have access to the communal pool, which was lovely and clean and good size. We all loved the property and enjoyed our stay.

Schönes Appartement, sehr zentral gelegen, alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Lovely apartment, beautiful city.

The apartment is clean, spacious and very well equipped but would benefit from more crockery and cutlery. The location is fine, just a short walk to the beach through an area with pintxo bars, shops and mini supermarkets or catch the No5 from the bus stop on the main road behind the apartment block straight to the old town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in San Sebastian, thank you Philip.

Lovely apartment with 2 cafes at ground floor. Comfortable beds and super clean! A bit of a hike to old town, but 20 minutes to closest beach. Would highly recommend. Thanks Phillip!
