Luxury 1+Loft Pet Friendly Mtn Retreat with Views!

Welcome to Discovery IV! This beautifully remodeled, pet friendly, condo has beautiful views of the Sherwin Mountain Range and Laurel Mountain!

It is located right next to the town bike path, steps from the free town shuttle, and a short drive to Canyon Lodge.

This unit offers free on-site parking, in-unit laundry, as well as a shared jacuzzi.

Make your next vacation memorable by staying in this amazing place!

About the Space:
This condo is a south-facing, end unit with views. The space is nicely updated and decorated with mountain décor. It offers a spacious feel with vaulted ceilings, open floorplan, and updated wood flooring throughout. The kitchen has recessed lighting and knotty pine wood cabinets. The living room has new comfortable couches and a beautiful wood burning fireplace. There is even a Pac-man video game in the loft! Off the dining room is a private porch, looking out through the pines to the Sherwin Mountains.

This condo is a 1 + loft floorplan, perfectly equipped for sleeping six people. The master bedroom is on the main floor and offers a queen-sized bed, as well as a bathroom, shared with the common living spaces. Upstairs, the loft offers two queen-sized beds as well as an ensuite bathroom.

There is in-unit laundry downstairs. We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent, firewood, fire starter, and matches. Firewood is located on the deck.

Guest access:
You will have the entire condo to yourselves.

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Discovery IV. There is a jacuzzi, pool (seasonal), pool table, ping-pong, community BBQ (seasonal), community laundry room and business center.

There are 2 parking passes permitted for this property. Parking is located directly outside the unit in the common parking area. Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle.

Perfect spot

We really enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfortable and great location. We were able to ride our bikes direct from the unit to some great trails.

Everything about this property is exactly as advertised and then some. This unit is super clean, well furnished and has a great 1 bedroom loft design. The entire complex is also clean and well maintained which adds to the total package of this rental. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Favorite Stay in Mammoth Ever!

This is by FAR our most favorite property we have ever stayed at in Mammoth. We will no longer look to stay anywhere else. The layout of the condo, the kitchen, the couch - everything was just the BEST. Additionally, the communication with the property management staff was so easy and seamless. Thank you!! We will be back for sure!

Cozy place to stay

Very comfortable place to stay. Upstairs loft area is a little cramped with small shower, but bed was comfy. Basic kitchen, might need some updated stocking. Knives very extremely dull and no kindling for the fireplace-but I never called the property manager because we were so busy so not on them for not knowing about it. Loved the fireplace & comfortable sitting area. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo

The condo was great, perfect size, comfy beds, excellent location and amazing view. Close to shuttle stop. Heaters worked well. No road noise. The only drawback (which we informed management about) was the quality of the pots and pans in the kitchen. At this price point for a week's stay, it was lacking. Scorch marks, non-stick flaking and grime made it almost impossible to cook. Again, loved the condo and our overall stay.

Central location

Overall, great stay! Walkable location between the village & Twin Lakes, along busy street but trees absorb sound. Nice views, lots of board games, great shower pressure downstairs, bed downstairs firm but soft in loft, nicely stocked pantry a big plus-every spice you could think of. Pac Man was fun, community jacuzzi in good shape but the pool was green. Cons: no window covers in loft or living room and sound travels easy from loft.

Great intimate condo that provided everything we needed for our stay!

Easy to access with beautiful scenery! The community amenities were a big plus as well! We enjoyed our stay here and would definitelyVRBO again at this location.

Great option for 2 couples+

This place was perfect for 2 couples. Very clean and recently updated. Called a 1 bedroom with loft, but the loft is basically a 2nd bedroom with its own bathroom. 2 queen beds in the loft so could even have more than 2 couples if privacy is not required. Place was adequately stocked, and they even left us a bottle of wine! Great fireplace with adequate stock of wood provided. Check in was super easy and we even got to check in before noon for no charge. Dog friendly. Owner was very responsive and always quick to respond. Complex was good location near Canyon Lodge. Great amenities (hot tub, sauna, pool table/game room). Will definitely stay again.
