It is mentioned in the listing description that wifi is not guaranteed and noted in the rental contract that we cannot guarantee the availability or strength of the wifi. When it was reported that you were having difficulties with the wifi, our team was quickly dispatched and had a new router delivered and installed to your unit by the next day! Hello Nicole, We appreciate that you took the time out of your day to leave us some feedback that we may reflect upon. Unfortunately, the review was a poor one and we must address it. When a guest places a reservation, two emails will be sent for the reservation. When you booked the reservation, the dates were set for Arrival: December 29th, 2017, Departure: January 1st, 2018. We sent you two emails regarding this reservation, the first one is the confirmation email which includes your dates of stay, amount of people, cost of the reservation, etc. The second email that was sent to you was just an email for the access information, on account of the condo is a keyless entry condo. VRBO also sent you a confirmation with the dates that you entered originally. The dates of the access code were set to January 2nd, 2018 on a typo, but that email is not a confirmation email of your reservation. We understand that the two emails could possibly have been confusing and that is why you’re upset, but that is not Nomadness Rentals fault, because the booking confirmation was set to January 1st, 2018 by you. We do hope that this clears things up, and that the email situation is now understandable. Again, we appreciate the feedback you left us as we do continuously strive to increase our customer service in all directions.
