Victorian Village - This private condo is on a quiet street in the heart of Victorian Village. The location is just steps away from the popular restaurants and bars on High Street, and less than a mile from the Convention Center, Nationwide Arena, and OSU campus. One street parking space is included. The recently updated space includes a comfortable living & dining area, fully appointed kitchen, 2 bedrooms with quality mattresses and 1 bathroom. Great for a weekend getaway or business trip!

Wonderful stay in a nice Cody Victorian Village house

Great stay. Wonderful location. Good place to be located if you are visiting the short north and convention center areas. Off street parking was very convenient.

Great location and comfortable stay!

My son and I had a great time here. We were visiting for the Twenty One Pilots concert at Nationwide arena and a Buckeyes game. The location was perfect. The unit was clean and had everything we needed, and very comfortable. If we can come back to Columbus, we'd stay here again everytime!

Victorian Village Perfection

Wonderful Stay In Victorian Village

We (2 adults and two teenagers) were in Columbus for a quick trip to visit family. Would stay again in a heartbeat. So convenient, with exceptional communication. The beds were very comfy and the space was comfortable for us. Parking was easy and we loved the general vibe of the area. Listing is as described.

Great place!

This Townhouse was a great spot for my daughter and I while we were in town for a swim meet at Ohio State. James was responsive to questions and the townhouse had everything we needed for a great stay. It’s walking distance to Short North and we were only 10 minutes from the pool/stadium. We would stay here again if we come back!

Terrific

Terrific property, location, owners. Had no issues, though owners were very quick in response to basic questions (parking, etc). Quiet, neighborhood, though only a few blocks from High St. Clean, comfortable, easy. Nothing but good things to say about our experience.

Perfect.

Our family was in town for an event at the Greater Columbus Convention Center during the week. The home was just what we needed. It was easy to get to everything around town and very clean. Thank you for having us and for making our stay a great one.

Exceeded expectations

The property was as advertised. Was the perfect home base for my son and I while attending the CFP between THE Ohio State University and Tennessee. It was clean, in a nice neighborhood, nice on street parking and even had coffee on hand for the early AM wake up. James was extraordinary host. Highly recommend this property for anyone traveling to the OSU campus!

Short North

Historic area. Easy access to High st, campus and freeways. Very walkable. Unit is quaint, clean, well supplied. Bedrooms and bath is on 2nd floor and stairs are narrow. Great for 2 people.

A week of comfortable Stay!

We had a very comfortable stay for a week. James is very responsive and the condo is exactly as Describe online. The place is clean and the Neighborhood is very safe. We had to go to convention center every day and it's easy to get an Uber or walk. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby with a walking distance. Will stay again if we happen to come to Columbus for tournament.

Wonderful Accommodations in the Short North!

This lovely condo had everything we needed for a weekend getaway in the Short North neighborhood of Columbus! The property was clean, organized, and tastefully decorated. The street where the property is located was quiet, with little passerby traffic and plenty of close street parking. The owner of the property was friendly and helpful, responding quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to visit Columbus!

Great condo in a great location

James was so great to work with! We were in Columbus for a wedding. This condo worked perfectly for our family of 4. It is very clean and inviting. It’s within walking distance to coffee shops, etc. and is in a nice neighborhood. James made it so easy - from check-in to parking to making sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this great condo in Victorian Village!

Home away from home

This charming condo was perfect - modern amenities, clean, perfectly located near the short north and OSU campus. I was amazed at how quiet the location was and parking was always available in front. I’ve stayed in several places in the Short North and this was the best. Thanks James!

Perfect location for an extended stay

Everything was perfect

We spent the weekend visiting our son at OSU and stayed at Victorian Village. Everything in the listing was better than described and the stay was an incredibly positive experience. Great location, super clean condo, and James was excellent. Everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

Cozy

This was a great place to stay. We did have a few mostly minor issues. There were strong scent plug ins used that needed to be removed due to scent sensitivity (causes headaches) and the internet signal was incredibly weak...too weak for work/virtual school and even Netflix. Beds and towels super comfy! Great location. Small but quite functional kitchen. Chairs around table are extremely uncomfortable. Floor squeaked horribly in a few spots otherwise very quiet. James was a great host!
