A unique experience to enjoy a private tiny piece of nature. Our 23' RV is a 2021 Couples Coach, with a full kitchen and full bathroom. Living room and dining also. Our RV is a very cozy with all the amenities of home, and so close to everything. The Beach, Hana Park, Mayo Clinic, Downtown, UNF, and the Mayport Base are 5- 20 min. down the road. The Mayport Shrimping fleet is 6 min. away (highly recommend Safe Harbor Seafood Grill). Our ferry is 7 min. away. Cruise across the St. Johns River and enjoy a 30 min. ride up A1A to Fernandina Beach. The options are unlimited.

Full access to our deep water floating dock on Greenfield Creek that leads out to the St. Johns River and the Intracoastal. Enjoy the marsh in our backyard. There are plenty of Redfish, Flounder, and Trout in these creeks and if you're lucky, we do have Manatees and Porpoises that visit every now and then. The Ospreys (fish eagle), along with all of the vast family's of Egrets are a normal site.

Great getaway for canoe fishing

This trailer was exactly as advertised and just right for 2. It's a quiet spot, which is close to just about everything in Jacksonville. The owner is extremely helpful and non-intrusive. It's easy to launch into the creek and the fishing was quite good, considering the temp dropped from 70 to 35! Would definitely stay again.

Great camper and great host!

If a camper is what you are looking for, don't hesitate to stay here! The location of the camper couldn't be better for a Florida stay. Our host Jeff was exceptional and very accommodating. He handled all our needs with care and consideration. We will definitely stay again!

Great stay!

Loved this camper. Had everything you needed. The location was awesome. We brought our kayaks and caught a lot of fish and enjoyed the water! Would definitely come back.

So quiet, beautiful view & really clean

This place was really great for my husband and I. The door & dock face the water so you get an amazing view of sunrise. Very clean and comfortable. Location is convenient to all the essentials & nice and quiet.

Peaceful

We spent a weekend for our honeymoon and it was perfect. It was so quiet and peaceful. Everything was very clean and the bed super comfortable. The view was beautiful and we did some fishing that we really enjoyed. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Cute and Quiet

Great stay at this charming little RV that is tucked away on the water. Bed was comfortable, the RV was very clean, the AC was cold and the dock was lovely. Good and prompt communication from the owner, highly recommended for a couples stay.

10/10 will stay again!

Love staying here. Jeff is awesome and very communicative. The water heater actually stopped working in the RV and we weren’t able to stay but he upgraded us to his cottage free of charge! Will continue staying here when we come to visit!

Ideal R/V stay with awesome dock access & hangout spot near everything Atlantic Beach

New R/V with all the comforts, private patio & deep water dock access. Great boat & kayak launch, fishing & night time R&R spot. Near beaches, seafood & ferry for easy recreational deployment. What a great spot for a visit or getaway. Rapid host communication w/an easy, peaceful experience.

Perfect getaway

Wonderful

Enjoyed fishing off the dock and watching the birds catch fish while we drank our morning coffee on the deck. Would go back in a heartbeat. If you like rv camping with privacy you will like this! Hanna state park nearby and plenty of places to eat seafood.

Quiet beautiful getaway

Fantastic Stay!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! The RV was very clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Location was perfect: ~ 20 min to downtown, ~20 min to beach, or just relaxing on the property and fishing/relaxing by the water. Jeff was also very kind to provide recommendations! We enjoyed our drive to St, Augustine taking the scenic route instead of the interstate thanks to him! Would definitely stay again!
