Great location, property and lots of bathrooms!

Perfect unit for our large group of friends. Plenty of space and plenty of privacy with a bathroom for each bedroom. Friendly staff that was very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!

Great place, highly recommend

These two separate units were the perfect place for our family to stay while in town for our nieces wedding. The venue was literally next door. The apartments were great, and were exactly what we needed.

Downtown Charleston stay

We had a nice stay here but there is a phone number given for guest to text if we have any questions or needs during our stay but unfortunately noone ever responds, so that is something they can work on for sure. Otherwise, the properties were clean and we were able to check in about 1 hour early.

Too pricey/bad area Nov 2022

We choose Charleston for our annual trip, needing a large house for our party of 12 we thought by the description of this house online, would be good but not as described! Top and bottom units are Not connected!!! you have to use outside stairs to get to each other & Patio outside in poor condition/no cushions. Homeless camping out on front steps asking for beer we had to call cops for help! Not close to shopping/ stores. Plenty bathrooms, beds comfy but supply of mini bottle shampoo/conditioner lacking in both units definitely not enough for one day let alone 2 ppl per bedroom! No kitchen towels and bathroom Dollar tree towels very disappointing/limited House is tired & so are the appliances. Too pricey for what you are getting.

Overall, we had a ball, but a couple of observations and some suggestions. Both houses are looking a little tired - kitchen chairs broken, downstairs dishwasher didn't work, taps loose and sink plugs loose. The outside seating near the street is in appalling condition and really gives a terrible first impression upon arrival.. A few small investments could also make the place seem more homely = more tea towels, dish clothes, some Lysol wipes, a couple of boxes of tissues & some table mats

Great place to stay!

This property was a great place to stay for our girls trip! It was close to all the main places we wanted to visit. Between the two units we had more than enough room to accommodate 13 of us and had so many bathrooms! The property manager was very easy to contact and allowed for early check in and late check out. Would definitely stay here again!
