East 46 - H is a spacious three-story, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment located just one block off King Street in Charleston's vibrant Cannonborough/Elliotborough neighborhood. Enjoy easy access to local eateries, boutiques, and coffee shops.

The second floor features a large open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, complete with a dining table seating eight. Just off the kitchen there is a king bedroom with custom millwork, along with a full bath featuring a custom vanity and tile shower.

The third floor is dedicated to the primary suite, which includes a king bed and a custom ensuite bathroom. Also on this floor is another king bedroom with an additional twin trundle bed for flexible sleeping arrangements. Additional amenities in the home include a laundry closet, sleeper sofa, and one designated private parking space for your convenience.

Place was nicely decorated and great location. Only issue we had was air conditioning. The HVAC was not able to keep up with the July heat. The manager, Terri, was so nice and accommodating! Had HVAC serviceman come the next day and eventually ended up having two portable AC units installed for us. All in all, just part of being in such a gorgeous old building. They handled it so well! They also were so accommodating with early and late check in times for us. Saved us a lot of hassle with luggage!! Would absolutely stay here again.

Great neighborhood, clean and comfortable

We were in town for a bachelorette with a group of 8. We had plenty of space and the beds were extremely comfortable! We were able to get early and late check in/out without an issue. Super close to walk to king street and an easy uber to everything else in Charleston! Would definitely stay again if back in town!

Bachelorette Celebration Weekend.

We had such a great experience at guest house. The location was perfect and within walking distance of everything we wanted to explore. The rooms were a perfect set up to share space and plenty of room for all 8 of us who stayed together.

Perfect Location

Property was adorable and in the most perfect location, walkable to all of the Charleston hot spots. King street is just a block away. Beds were super comfortable and everything was extremely clean.

Summer Getaway

This is a great property in a great location for visiting the sights of Charleston. Easy walks to restaurants and markets. Parking is a little tight, but it is really nice to have a designated space off of the street.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. Kerri was so helpful in recommending restaurants, places to see and the beaches to go to. Great place to stay in that you can walk to everything, or it's a very short drive. I would definitely stay here again. JD
