The Space:

Discover Charleston charm with a modern touch at Azaleas on Spring – Suite A! This stylish retreat offers a spacious layout and a welcoming front porch, just 2 blocks from King Street—perfect for exploring the city's best dining, shopping, and nightlife.



** Please note the home is divided into 3 completely separate units - A / B / C - each with a private entrance and dedicated outdoor space **

• Kitchen with stainless steel appliances & breakfast bar

Guest Access:

• Guests have exclusive access to Suite A and the front porch. The entrance to the house is on Spring St.



• The house has an electronic door lock and a unique code will be provided that will work for the duration of your stay.



• Onsite parking fits 1 standard vehicle or 2 small cars. If your oversized vehicle doesn’t fit, we offer free street parking passes.



The Neighborhood:

This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is 2 blocks from King St, where the city's most famous restaurants are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. The home is in an extremely safe area.



Getting Around:

• Walkable Neighborhood – Steps to top restaurants, bars & shops



• Uber/Lyft Available – Quick & easy rides to attractions



• DASH Trolley (FREE) – Stops nearby & takes you around downtown



Other Things to Note:

• No parties or events.



• Baby gear rentals are available upon request for an additional fee.



• This home is not child-proofed. Families with infants and children are welcome, but please be aware of this.



• For security purposes only, there are 4 exterior cameras. One monitoring the entrance to each Suite, and one monitoring our spaces in the shared parking lot.



• There are excessive noise monitors present on the property. These do not record audio - only decibel levels.

What a perfect location for visiting downtown, Sullivan's Island, the Folly Beach area and points to the North. There are lots of wonderful restaurants within walking distance, and it's an easy walk to downtown if you like to walk. Azalea was one of the cleanest places I've stayed at, and the decor made it so peaceful.Tom and Hannah were so prompt answering questions and so friendly. I would love to stay here again.

A GRACIOUS INTRO TO CHS!This VRBO exceeded all our expectations. Provided the perfect base for our first visit to CHS. Handsomely appointed with tasteful art and every possible amenity. Our hosts anticipated every need and were extremely responsive. Plus the Southern character of the charming neighborhood and easy parking enhanced the experience. The parking was very easy although it was a compact space (but we knew that going in.) And the location was ideal as King St. was so close. We like to walk anyway. The apartment was immaculate and well-appointed. We enjoyed having our own rooms and bathrooms. And I like having the laundry facilities.

This was the perfect set up for us three moms and our teenage daughters. Three king beds, three bathrooms, a living space AND a front porch. This was much more practical than hotel rooms. The price was better to you.Smart location for shopping. A 10 minute walk and you are at the shops! I took advantage of the petibikes also for a fun ride when needed. The owners were very good at communication and very helpful with restaurant ideas. I relied on their visitors, guide a lot! Great experience

Beautiful, iconic Charleston place in an awesome location! We loved our stay here. Perfect for 3 couples with a bath in each bedroom and with gorgeous furnishings. We loved sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee or a glass wine. This location is amazing with excellent restaurants and things to do and see within easy walking distance. Tom and Hannah were fabulous hosts, always in communication with quick responses and offers to help if anything was needed. This beautiful property has my highest recommendation. My friends and I were lucky to find this lovely home in the heart of Charleston. It was a perfect place to spend a long weekend. Great location, very clean and a beautiful home which included 3 large bedrooms and every amenity you’d need when visiting a home away from home. The house was extremely clean, communication was excellent, and definitely can’t beat the location. Parking was also a plus!
