This magical two-story, main home also features a fully loaded 1/1 guest house. The home was lovingly restored and renovated yet still boasts original features including Miami Dade hardwood floors & stained glass.

There’s a new designer furnished living room on main floor with plenty of seating and a Smart TV for streaming. And board games for the family to enjoy together.

Off the living room is the dining room with an extra long contemporary dining table that can seat up to 10 guests. We’ve also provided a nice little bar setup where you can create your signature poolside cocktail.

The large updated kitchen has bar seating for four and a Smart TV. The kitchen has everything you’ll need for cooking full meals including a Nespresso machine, drip coffee maker, K-cup coffee machine, French press and tea kettle to satisfy all morning cravings.

There’s a powder room on the main level.

The upstairs King bedded master suite has an over-sized deluxe full bath including a luxurious claw foot soaking tub and large separate shower. The full size washer/dryer is in the bathroom behind shutter doors.

The King bedroom features a smart flatscreen TV for streaming. Just off the bedroom, separated by French doors, is a large separate room that can be utilized as a bedroom, baby’s room (we have a pack ‘n play & booster chair) or office. It’s equipped with a Design Within Reach high end couch/sleeper sofa and small desk/table if you need a private work space.

There is a large covered patio off this room overlooking the pool.

Also upstairs, down the hall from the master suite, is a large Queen bedded room with smart TV for streaming. Adjacent to this room is a full bath with shower.

On the ground floor just off the main living space is another bedroom equipped with 2/3 West Elm twin daybed/sofas. This super bright space is an ideal kid’s room but can be configured to accommodate couples. It also has its own smart TV for streaming.

The side yard adjacent to the kitchen is an outdoor dining space with large table and plenty of seating. There’s a Weber propane grill and outdoor shower - perfect for après-beach days.

The romantic guest cottage with its lovely pool view includes a queen bed, smart tv for streaming, bistro table & chairs for 2, kitchen and cozy full bath with shower.

The lush, old growth palm trees and garden surrounding the pool has plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy with lots of private nooks. There’s also an intimate covered gazebo with comfortable seating for two.

ALL rooms have remote-controlled ceiling fans and there’s A/C throughout.
There’s also an Alexa system & speakers for music.

**The pool is not heated in the summer. Heat is available November through April at an additional daily charge of $50.
