Equipped with fully outfitted Chefs kitchen, furnishings selected to embody mid century lifestyle, adjoining dining room, . polished concrete floors, laundry room, 2 car garage,, very private, very relaxing rear yard with pool, hot tub, lounging.

Our online pricing is based on 2 person occupancy.
Our online pricing adds a nominal nightly charge for your 3rd, & 4th guests.
Please let us know up front how many will occupy the house throughout the entire duration of your stay.
Remember is an age 50+ property.
The Kaye Ballard Mid Century Modern house is ideally suited to those 50 years of age and over. We are not suited for infants and young children or young adults under the age of 30. Please let us know of anticipated guests at time of booking.
Overnight guests sleeping on couches/floors is prohibited.
PRICING NOTES:
Online rates based on 2 person occupancy,
on-line quote for each overnight 3rd, 4th guest.

No other overnight guests are allowed other than the original guests listed at time of booking, unless owner has been advised and owner acknowledges and approves.
We make every effort to offer market/seasonal based pricing at very competitive rates for our luxury accommodations.
Upon Instant Booking, a copy of drivers license must be submitted . Failure to meet min age requirement of 50+ may result in auto-cancellation of booking.
The signor of the short-term rental agreement must also be resident at the property for the duration of the stay dates booked.
The Kaye Ballard Mid Century Modern House has a non-rotational, non-sublet policy.
The rotation of overnight guests or the addition of overnight guests not identified to owner prior to signing/agreeing to this short term rental agreement is prohibited.
Owner reserves the right that violation of this policy could result in breach of rental agreement and could result in immediate vacating of property by renter and all guests without refund.
In lieu of charging a damage deposit, we require all guests to purchase a damage protection insurance policy through VRBO.
The damage protection policy has a zero deductible & covers up to $5000. of damage. Any damages over $5000 are responsibility of renter. If damage occurs, renter agrees to have insurance provider to pay property owner directly for any damage incurred during stay. All renters must agree to purchase the damage protection policy through VRBO.
The Kaye Ballard Mid Century Modern House has a no refund policy.
We do not make exceptions to this policy,
Effective Jul 1 2021 a required 1% Tourism Business Improvement district Tax will be collected for the Greater Palm Springs Convention & Visitor Bureau (CVB).
The administrative expense of collecting and payment of this tax to CVB is refelected in our pricing.
All guests must review & agree to the short-term rental agreement.
