Located just minutes from beaches, dining, shopping, entertainment, and Four Mile Cove Preserve, this home puts you close to everything while still offering a peaceful waterfront retreat. For boating enthusiasts, powerboat rentals can be delivered directly to the property by 3rd party rental boat agencies .

Rates are based on the number of guests. Select pets are welcome for an additional $35 per night. Garage parking is not available, ample driveway parking is provided.

Our professional property management team is available throughout your stay to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience. Book now and enjoy the best of Cape Coral waterfront living.

Door codes are provided after completing a brief online registration. Registration requires a government issued ID, full names and ages of all guests, etc. Guests must complete registration prior to arrival.

Break from the cold

Relaxing experience. Hot sunny days. Pool was always warm. Only criticism was there was no bar/railing for stepping in and out of pool. My aging body found this challenging. House was large, comfortable temperature.

10 day stay

Our family was here for a 10 day stay. Weather was perfect. Rented a boat and was able to you the nice dock at the residence. Lanai met all of our needs It had lots of extra seating and a swing. The pool was heated and was quite large We also enjoyed the deck on the canal.Had a couple minor repairs to had done but the property manager was there within the hour. He was very friendly and apologized for the inconvenience. Publix store was a mile away with made our shopping very nice. Kitchen was well stocked. Hated to leave.

Perfect Getaway Home/Location

We had a great 4 day stay. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The outside pool area was a hit! The pool was a great temp and the hot tub was the icing on the cake. Ken and Sara were very accommodating. I highly recommend this house!

Unforgettable!!!!

My husband and our 3 kids stayed here over christmas break. This place was clean, bea,and had everything you could possibly need. The pool and hot tub were extremely clean and warm. Wdedefinitely be back

You won’t be disappointed!

Spent the week between Christmas & New Year at the property with my college-aged kids! The house was great! The heated pool & hot tub were a bonus in the cooler weather. Coffee on the dock every morning was a bonus, too. The house & kitchen is completely stocked with everything you can imagine! The area was nice with a grocery store near by & many great restaurants, too. You won’t be disappointed if you choose this place as your vacation destination.

Just As Advertised!

Our family just returned from an awesome stay at this property! Many times, an online listing can be misleading. This was NOT the case with this property. Our family of 4 loved everything about it. We had big plans for our trip, but ended-up staying at the house almost the entire time. We enjoyed our time by the pool, as well as down on the dock/deck. We also enjoyed the kitchen/gas grill, and the kitchen utensils were well-stocked and high-quality. The grocery/liquor store is right up the road, and you have access to everything you want. The beach, Sanibel Island, etc. are all a short-drive away. The beds were all comfortable, and the bathrooms/showers were awesome! The view of the water was great, and we loved watching the sunset daily. Don't hesitate to book this property...it's perfect! Thanks for allowing us to stay! We'll be back!

Relaxing long weekend

Home was just as pictured. Beautiful home and very comfortable. Oftentimes the living room furniture is uncomfortable but not here. Great set up for the four of us to enjoy evening tv. However the backyard pool and jacuzzi were the best part of this home. Spent a lot of time enjoying the amenities and the view of the canal. Best VRBO home we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend staying here and would absolutely stay here again.

Great place to relax

Great place.

Our family enjoyed our stay! Beautiful home that is well equipped. The pool was a highlight! The only frustration was that the per night price promoted on VRBO was about 1/3 the actual price we paid because it is for minimal occupancy and didn't include all the fees.

Family vacation 2021

Rental property was exactly as described, the property manager Ken met us as check in (upon our request) and advised us on things to do and got us an excellent deal on a boat rental for a day out on the ocean. We loved the pool and beautiful canal out back. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking and just relaxing on the dock. The beds were also SUPER comfortable. We definitely would recommend this property for anyone looking to rent in the Cape Coral area.

Where’s the beach?

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was quiet and relaxing. The house and view was lovely (though not obviously sanitized). It had all of modern conveniences. The pool and lanai was very nice. But if you are a beach person be advised the beaches are at least an hour away and traffic can double the time. Overall it was a good experience.

The Little Lizard lived up to its name!!!

This house was perfect for our family of 4! We enjoyed everything the house had to offer and the weather could not have been more perfect!!! The pool, the hot tub, the lanai, and the serene atmosphere of the neighborhood were just some of the highlights! Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The beautifully decorated house is in the perfect location to restaurants, shopping, and beaches. We also found an absolutely scrumptious German bakery that we can’t wait to go back to! The Little Lizard lived up to its name and we made friends with the many little geckos roaming the pool area (naming every one of them, in fact)! Little Lizard review

This is the 3rd Cape Coral vrbo rental home we have stayed at.. Property manager was quick to respond to our initial rental inquiry, and booking was easy. Check in process on arrival was done via phone for social distancing (thank you) and was efficient. There was a repair required after our first night, for which a repair man came very quickly and resolved the issue. There was a decent selection of Tupperware, ceiling fan in every bedroom, PLENTY of beach/pool towels! There was a nice selection of card games..many were still brand new in packaging. We loved using the kayaks in the canals, and there were life jackets at the home to use as well. There were beach chairs and an umbrella in the garage..only 1 sand castle bucket and no other sand toys. There were pool noodles and flippers for the feet. The hot tub was also quite enjoyable, and we appreciated the selection of spices available to use, as well as both the keurig with reusable k cup. The TV in the non-master is a Smart/Roku TV to access apps/stream, and both the Master and living room TV's can be used to access apps like Hulu, Netflix, etc via the cable box. Very much enjoyed our stay, thank you for opening your home to us!

Family trip to see Grandma

While visiting family in Punta Gorda and Cape Coral, this home was a great location to see them yet still be close to beaches/entertainment for our 4 adult 20+ age kids. We loved this home so much.... the lanai was such a great place to hang out in all the little seating areas. Being on the water was so peaceful also. We will definitely be back to this home!

Little Lizard Is Awesome!

The property is very nice, clean and in a safe area! The home is definitely one of the nicest places I have ever rented thru VRBO! Well kept and many items available that would be in your own home! Tons of pool towels! Pool and dock area are just great. Price was well worth but! Thank you for the great stay!
