Johns Pass Studio 3 Fisherman's Cove & Cottages Studio 3

Studio 3 - Newley Renovated . No expense spared. Quality Linens, Smart Television, Quality Oversized Leather reclining love seat, Custom hybrid queen bed, full kitchen. Very comfortable for 2. If you have a larger family Studio 3 and 4 can be rented together and have an adjoining door to accommodate 4. This property is situated on a quite water front cove where 4 commercial fishing boats dock. If you get lucky enough you may run into the captain and crew either before or after their trip docking their vessel. Just under 150 steps to Village Blvd. in the heart of Johns Pass historic fishing village. Johns Pass offers Shopping, restaurants, water sports, tiki boat tours, bars and Fish Famous Wild Seafood Market at Dons Dock. Come watch a commercial fishing boat unload their catch on the boardwalk above Dons Dock. Or take a quick 5-to-7-minute walk down the boardwalk to our beautiful beach for a day of fun in the sun or to wind down and watch one of our stunning sunsets.

Please bring all personal hygiene products. We will only supply paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap and hand soap.

We have Two Nautica Back Pack 5 position lay back beach chairs in the unit under the bed. We have beach towels but they are just basic beach towels like you see at a hotel. If you want the really large beach towels I would recommend bringing.

*No Smoking - If you smoke we will charge a $250 Cleaning Fee
*Boat slips not available.
*Parking is limited. Only 1 car per unit(3/2024)

Super cute little place

We decided to take a last minute weekend "staycation" and John's Pass/Maderia Beach is one of our favorite spots. This little cottage was the cutest, had just what we needed for our stay. There are spots to sit outside and watch the boats in the bay or you can leave to take a short walk to John's Pass for coffee in the morning, shopping, restaurants. There is also a beach access on the other side of John's pass too - probably less than a 5 min walk across Gulf Blvd also. We have decided when we want to get away again, this is our place. Vicky was very accomodating and responsive to any questions. Thank you!

Wonderful

Absolutely fell in love with this little place, so beautiful and convenient close to everything. Vicky was great very responsive she had everything you need down to the beach chairs and beach towels were in our little studio. We will absolutely will be back soon.

Long Weekend Trip

This was a great find for a weekend getaway. The unit was very clean, cute & had everything we needed. Great location for bars, restaurants, & beach. Beach chairs & towels were provided in the unit, but we rented chairs and umbrella set up on the beach, which are very reasonably priced at 40 for the day. We will definitely return for a quick trip!

Nice accommodations

We enjoyed the cottage. We missed having a view because of the boats and the mornings were very noisy with people loading the boats and talking outside our door at 7 am. We had anticipated noise from John's Pass but not from the boats. Also, the salty language of the workers on the boats left a lot to be desired. We facetimed our 6 year old grandaughter for her birthday and she asked who was using bad words as they were loud and frequent. In the description the boats sounded like a bonus when they were in fact the exact opposite. The owners were very friendly though.

A Great Stay

Very comfortable and super clean cozy cottage. We were so happy to see how nice everything was renovated and beautifully decorated after the 2 hurricanes last year. Very well thought out to include everything needed to accommodate a wonderful stay. Great location to the beach and John’s Pass. We will return!

Fantastic stay.

Perfect place and location. The unit was very clean. Great for two people. There are four units and a 2 bedroom cottage at this property. Perfect for a couples get away. Great outside sitting area on the inlet. Beach is just a short walk across the street. 10 steps away from John’s pass. Highly recommend this property and owner. Vicky is a breeze to work with.

Owners weren’t around much, helpful and pleasant when they were. Unit was fine, but a bit small for a two week stay. Would book it again for shorter time!

Great Location

Location was ideal for walking to John’s Pass. Just a few blocks away. Back of property offers outdoor patio furniture with a beautiful view of the water. Well equipped for 2. Would recommend!

If you're looking for a really nice surprise in VRBO land this is it. Location was great, both for shopping and beach walking. Everything in the unit was well thought out and our host was gracious and professional. I would highly recommend this property and will surely be coming back.

Amazing Stay

The property was exactly as described, however, the view and the experience was so much more. The condo was very well constructed and extremely clean. We got up early and enjoyed the dolphins playing during sunrise. They also came to visit during the evening. There is a Great Egret that also visited often. We named him George. Side Note: The egret symbolizes solitude, calm, independence, determination, and grace. The walk to John’s Pass was 2 minutes. The walk to the beach was 4-6 minutes, but this does take in the fact that we stopped under the bridge to see some dolphins and watch people fish. There’s so much to do in the area and we felt safe at all times. If your heading down soon bring your sunscreen. The property also provided a grill and nice outdoor seating. As a note, if there are other guests, you will have to share the table and chairs. The property has security cameras and Vicky was an amazing host. Book this place! You will love it.

Very nice property

The property is clean and well kept. The check in process was easy. The room has a refrigerator, stove, and microwave which is very convenient. Great location within walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. Would definitely stay there again.
