Exactly as it was described.

Location was great. Beachfront with John’s Pass across the street. Watched dolphins swimming 20 feet from the beach in the mornings. Listened to the bands from John’s Pass in the evenings. All from the spacious balcony.

Loved the view!!

Beautiful, unobstructed views. Watched sunsets every night from balcony. Loved that chairs, umbrellas, towels, beach toys already there. Just pack your suit and go!

Wonderful

Having been to more than a dozen US beaches we have a good idea of what is good and what is bad. Madeira Norte 313 was very nice. Check-in went well and the people at itrip were quick to respond with any questions. The condo was clean and comfortable. We did not cook so I can’t comment on utensils, pots & pans, etc but the fridge worked fine, nice coffee maker, and laundry machines are great. Beds are comfortable, AC works great, and other facets of condo living were excellent. Key fobs are provided for access to the elevators and beach access; it’s a security thing and I get it. Wonderful view, sunsets, easy parking, short walk to the beach. Weekends are busy due to its proximity to the public parking areas but Mon-Fri saw a fraction of people on the beach. John’s Pass Village (across the street) was slammed on Saturday night. It must be the go-to place to walk about. Local restaurants are within walking distance to a ten minute drive. The city of St Petersburg is fantastic. Great restaurants, waterfront, and pier. The surprising thing was we saw very little traffic is such a populated area. The locals are laid back and the vacationers we met were friendly. All in all, we had a flawless week of vacation and will return.

Seagull beach

Kitchen supplies are the worst. Too small or cook. No pans no kids. A crock pot of no use. No instructions on stove or dishwasher. Did use dishwasher. Washer dryer ok. View is good. People who live there helped as instructions are poor. Should be better communication but it isn’t Vrbo it’s a sub contractor and too many cooks spoil the broth. As they say

Getaway from Nebraska

Overall we had a great time and we are pretty easy going, but I would say there are a few disappointments. The unit really needs a full remodel. It feels a bit beaten up and worn. The bed sheets/blankets don’t feel fresh and crisp. The pillows are cheap. Just feels like the entire place was stocked with left over furniture and linens. It also didn’t feel very clean. We had to use the fold out couch and one of the blankets looked like it had a stain from Cheetos or something. When we moved a couch there was an old straw and zip lock bag under the couch. The elevators and doors require a key fob system. I never saw the required key fob to get into the building door. Was nice to sleep 4 of us but the pull out couch bed isn’t that great. Again overall our experience was good and maybe the price I paid was lower compared to newer units but I personally would not choose to stay here again as I’d opt for a newer remodeled unit in the future

Fun week at the beach!

We had a fun week. I stayed in the main bedroom and the bed was really comfy. The view is amazing anytime of day. This is our second time in this condo for this reason. Seeing dolphins while drinking my coffee is the best. Great location with John’s Pass being right there across the street. We cooked most of our dinner and ate at the condo and newer non-stick pans would be a nice thing to add, along with a cookie sheet so we could cook chicken nuggets or something in the oven. The crock pot was nice to have though! We had a great week and will probably be back 😊.

Nice place

Condo was nice for the price. The building as a whole is a little worn and needs some love. We had a nice view of the water and condo was equipped with everything we needed. Arriving after dark was a little bit of a challenge. There is only a very small sign at the entrance that we missed. It's directly across the street from John's Pass so there are many restaurant options within walking distance. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Good location

Location is great - the unit was good for the two of us. The kitchen was not well stocked - 2 skillets and both had silicone peeling off and were warped - not a big deal since we only cook breakfast

Spacious & direct flight ceanfront

We were amazed how large the condo was. Beds we’re comfortable, living room furniture was generally good, but with some space guns of wear. Kitchen was well supplied with cookware , small appliances, & dishes. Dishwasher did not do a good job of washing dishes, so we prewashed everything by hand.

Beautiful

Great view! We saw dolphins most mornings from our balcony. The pool was heated and gave us a night break from the beach. The beach is literally steps away with the softest sand. We walked to Caddy’s for lunch and drinks and barely had to drive more than a quarter mile for great tacos and seafood. The condo itself was lovely and in great shape. We had the best time!

Great location and balcony!

Loved watching dolphins and sunsets on our balcony! The beach and location is perfect. The pool is small but nice. The condo could use some TLC, but as long as you are okay with a few details not being perfect the location makes up for it.

Very old, out dated, not what we expected

The condo was dirty, closets were full of tools and not able to be used, our remote for the TV had no back where batteries were, end table glass was missing so a floor tile was used as a replacement, kitchen ceiling fan was very dirty and missing parts, we arrived and construction was being done on our balcony and we were unable to use it our entire stay- couldn't even open as they put boards in the door, furniture was very dirty, kitchen sink faucet was very loose, we were told that they notified of the balcony construction but we were not. I would be cautious renting this.

Construction madness

The view from this property is gorgeous. We came down for a quick getaway and we were highly disappointed with our stay here. The location and room were okay, the couches are dirty though. They need to replace them. The listing said there would be construction going on on the property, however we were not told that we wouldn’t have access to our balcony AND they were sawing and using a jackhammer from 8:30-4 everyday. My 3 month old daughter got so scared every time they started using the jackhammer. My husband couldn’t even take his conference calls or work while we were there. He had to go to Starbucks to work, because the noise was so loudly. I sent in my concerns to the owners and never heard back from them.

Love Florida

The property is very, very dated and in need of updates. Great location and just across from Johns Pass. Like the area but the condo could use some help. The Dishwasher is rusted in the bottom and the top rack is falling out . The microwave was made in June 1994. Was probably the top of the line at one time. However, the view and the beach were very clean and not crowded at all. Although there was Red Tide :(:( they kept the beach clean and there was not much smell from the tide. There is a kitty there named Butterball along with another black cat that were the entertainment for the building. Was a great trip and we go to the beach every year.
