Gulfside Villa is a rare, 8-unit low-rise condominium located directly on the sparkling Gulf of Mexico with a private patio overlooking Perdido Key's beautiful blue waters and sugar-white beaches. Gulfside Villa 1D is first-floor beach bungalow with a spectacular eastern view. The owners thoughtfully decorated for your comfort and enjoyment. This condo is truly a little slice of beach paradise.

We had a great time! The property was super clean and had everything we needed. Great location. Lillians pizza and The Jellyfish restaurants are just down the road, highly recommend them. Having the beach access just steps from the balcony was so amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better time! Will be back!

Really enjoyed our stay. Condo had great beach front view from balcony, easy beach access off of balcony, and not overly populated beach. Had everything we needed for our short 4 day stay in late July. The condo was very clean, kudos to their cleaning crew!! The only downside was the bed is very firm, but I understand that probably holds up the best with being a rental. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Pictures did not disappoint.

The listing pictures did not disappoint. Easy check-in and a very clean condo on the beach just steps from your back door. Would like to stay here again in the future.

Nice place

Very clean and right on the beach! The only drawback was the public beach is beside the property and those people took over the space in front of our place with loud music and cigarette smoke. There was no designated space for Gulf Villa renters.

Right on the beach!

Awesome condo right on the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed except the broiler did not work. Property manager was great and communicated well. We will definitely be back!

Place was right on the ocean and very nice. The condo and location and cleaniness were great. Communication, check-in and checkout was easy peasy and we got lucky enough to rent an extra day early from them on short notice. To no fault of the owner or mgmt, keep in mind if someone rents the unit above you, that you will hear them quite easily. We had no one above us for most of our stay, but the last couple days we were a little annoyed with the folks above us. Again, this was probably unique to the group that was visiting above us and no fault to the owner or management. We would definitely consider renting this unit again. The mgmt company and cleaners did a great job. Thanks!
