Coastal Inspired Contemporary Home with beautiful pool you won't want to leave!

Immaculately maintained 3 bedroom 2000 sq ft home. Large private King Master Suite w/ walk in shower, soothing shower tower and soaking tub. Take a step out your private sliding glass door to a relaxing lanai, pool side. Slip into the solar heated swimming pool and melt all your cares away in your own private oasis. Large private Lanai with lots of seating, dining and lounging, perfect to settle down with a good book or watching the sunset with a glass of wine . All surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens and privacy hedge. The living room has its own bar, large TV, recliners and oversized electric reclining sofa. Well appointed kitchen with service for 12, stainless steel appliances and everything you need to bring out your inner chef. (Or restaurant row is just 2 miles away!) Bedroom 2 has a comfy queen bed with walk in closet and TV. Bedroom 3 has a view of the pool, 2 pillow top twin beds which can be made into a king bed. A 2nd bathroom with direct pool access is next to 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Additionally, there is a den with sleeper sofa, memory foam mattress, TV and sliding glass door opening to the pool. Many board games, gaming consul, small library, DVD's, pack n play and high chair will keep the whole family happy. Garage has parking for 1 vehicle, plus 2 add'l spots in the driveway. Home is centrally located with easy access to many local activities, shopping and beaches. Home comes stocked with beach towels, chairs, beach blanket, pool and beach toys, floats (with ryobi battery pump), child/pet shade tent and coolers. Pillows are hypo allergenic. The home includes premium linens and towels. Also included are blow driers, cleaning and washing supplies, coffee filters and 1st aid kit.

Nice place, but wouldn't rent again

It was overall very nice but we had several small issues. One they had a car in their garage on the right side, and chairs on the left wall. This made it very tight quarters to unload after a long beach day with 2 toddlers. Also the wall space in front of the car, had something roughly 6ft tall going across it, so I had to duck with a kid or groceries if I was coming around the front. While the pool was excellent, we spent a lot of time in it with friends and the kids, the home is located on a corner of some pretty busy streets. The traffic noise was constant including many cars that went buy with very loud engines and music playing. This one fact is why I would not rent the home again. There was also an irritating issue with some tiny ants. They seemed to pop up here and there throughout the house. Looked like out of the drains in the kitchen and master bathroom. Found them also around the entry keypad for the house a few times, and on the table out by the ool a couple of times. We would spray and they would be gone for a few days then pop up again. They seemed to take a liking to my spare razor blades, as i went to pick up my container and found them swarming all over my hand and arm. I banged the plastic container with my blades and dozens of them fell out of it. I had to move it off of the bathroom counter. Other than this the house met expectations and was very nice.

Baseball Tournament Stay -

We had two couples and two baseball players here for a tournament. Home was centrally located for all the fields we played at. It was very comfortable. Home was clean and the owner was quick to respond to any questions. If we have another tournament in the area, would stay here again. Thank you.

A WONDERFUL Family Get Away

The house was inviting, and comfortable. Well equipped with amenities needed. We enjoyed swimming in the clean solar heated pool. A great experience, and worth the money. We have reccomended this rental to our friends and family. Looking forward to staying again !

Perfect for relaxing!

This was a great property. Very clean! The pool was great! It was our favorite part!! The location is good, somewhat far from some things but plenty to do within a half hour! We had a great time!

Amazing getaway

Being very nervous about booking through vrbo. Heather made it easy and pleasant. Can not say enough good things about our experience. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, Truly a paradise

Beautiful house , awesome pool area, Great neighborhood , really close to beautiful beaches, I love our stay here felt like Home and you never won’t to leave, overall clean home , Had trouble with the door lock after a beach trip but owner was super fast to respond and was able to get in the home !!! Think you !! The only trouble we had had was the cleaning service came a day early and was a little rude but the owner was fast to clear that up !!! Over all super peaceful paradise!!! Even with the small trouble, Had a wonderful time and Just love the area and the Home , pool is so awesome , spent more time ther than the beaches !! Even with the small troubles I give this Stay and property a 4.9 to 5 star !! Great owners , and think you for a great stay !!

We are from Minnesota and spent several sailing trips in the Cape Coral area and fell in love with this little slice of heaven. We're sure you'll love it as well! Our day job is running our business of 26 years, a beautiful 10 acre portrait park and photography studio in the beautiful woodlands of Minnesota. The love of our lives is our 4 adult children and their families.

It is centrally located with easy access to main thoroughfares so you can explore quickly. 2 different airports are just 20 miles away. The Cape, as it's known locally, is a friendly town, with lots of great restaurants, a beach, breweries and family friendly activities.

We love this property for the beautifully warm pool, complete with a sunset and relaxing lanai. It's well laid out in the Florida home style, with Master Suite on one end and additional bedrooms on the other, along with the beautiful architectural style and Coastal details makes it an enjoyable, luxurious experience.
