This stylish yet relaxed rental property is perfect for families or a large group of friends! Offering three bedrooms and three and a half baths this townhome sits in the heart of downtown Saugatuck with views overlooking the channel and Saugatuck's signature landmark, the renowned Mt. Baldhead. Featuring three floors of living space, Water Street Townhome 7 is the perfect space for group gatherings and is fully equipped with all the amenities necessary to ensure your stay is perfect. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and private bathrooms while the 3rd bedroom also features a queen bed with a full bathroom located just down the hall. You'll find the updated kitchen and dining room equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. In addition, this condo features two decks off the main level perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening nightcap. Water Street Townhome 7 is ideal for enjoying everything downtown Saugatuck has to offer as you are only steps away from all the shops, restaurants, and boat docks. This unit comfortably sleeps 6 guests; if you're traveling with a larger group please see our other rental- Water Street Townhome #3 & #6. These three sister properties are located next door to one another and feature identical layouts making them perfect for larger groups.

Great location and value in Saugatuck!

We chose this property due to the location. It was perfect, walking distance to everything we did and far enough away in a quiet area for relaxing evenings.

Great stay on the edge of everything. Walk just about anywhere in Saugatuck!

We've stayed in these condos/townhomes many times before and once again were not disappointed. First time we didn't include any weekends and just be aware that most of the downtown area closes early on Sundays and doesn't stay open very late from Mon-Thurs.

Generally our stay was good. However the unit needs repairs. Sliding door screen has a big rip in it. Carbon monoxide detector detached from the wall. Could not access the rear doors lock system with code. Bathroom faucet is dripping.
