This condo is perfect for your family get together, girls weekend away, or 3 couples doing the winery circuit. 3 bedroom, 3 baths (2 bedrooms have 2 queen beds) makes it a perfect match for larger gatherings. Private patio at beach level. Located at the western end of the building this unit has a huge open concept living room , dining room and kitchen. Lots of natural light. Watch the sunrise, watch the sunset or build a fire in the fire pit on the beach. Come and experience unit L02

Location & view was PERFECT! Close to GOTL but far enough away to be quiet. Lake as always was amazing and the private beach access was awesome! Will be back!

Please--and we would enjoy having you return--there were a few "before leaving" requests that were overlooked: take trash to dumpster, start a load of laundry and turn on dishwasher. This helps the cleaning crew get a jump on preparing for next guests. Appreciate that.

Great Stay!

The pictures don't do this property justice. It was much larger and more modern than expected. The location was perfect for us and very quiet during this time of year.

Great scenery, nice amenities, and clean place

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and had all of the comforts of home. It was nice to have full bathroom for each couple. The manager communicated very well. We’d rent here again.

Debbie was an amazing host and very quick to respond to our questions. Will definetly stay at this place again. Was a very nice clean place. And if you stay request Brandon to drive you around to the wineries, we had a great time with him.

Amazing place, better than expected

Easy check in and out, beautiful property. Condo opens right out onto the Lake. Debbie has responded quickly to all emails and has offered lots of suggestions.

Perfect lake front condo

This condo was perfect! It is a corner unit on the lower level that walks out to the water. Very spacious and clean. The owner was attentive and we will definitely consider staying again.

Very light and airy. Significant impact walking into the unit and viewing the lake. Sunset was beautiful. Large rooms. Very clean and quiet. There was a large indoor pool which looked inviting but we didn’t bring our suits. We would definitely go back again. The only issue we had was the code to enter the building was incorrect.

This is a beautiful space right on Lake Erie. It looks even better than the pictures show. Debbie was easy to work with and replied very quickly. Our only issue was with some maintenance issues that really must be attended to asap. Mainly - when it rains, water pours in the top of the master bedroom window. You can see there's been water damage for a while around the trim of the entire window. Not sure if that's the only reason the rest of the condo has issues with mold/mildew or if it's just the climate or a lack of proper ventilation but there was black spots on the master bathroom ceiling and floor mat (the shower also leaks), in the rubber ring of the washer, and in the back bathroom shower curtain. The entire lower level of the property has a strong moldy smell.

Annie--I couldn't agree with you more. Construction going on throughout the bldg. due to damage from winter storm and this unit and others on lower level are underground and got the brunt of the damage. Dealing with insurance adjusters, engineers and county permits is taking forever and some owners are more hands on than others. This unit has 3 dehumidifiers which may not be enough. Next visit--upper floors-think you will be happier. Deb

Family vacation

It was perfect. The condo was very spacious for our two energetic little boys to run. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We loved it! We plan on returning next year for another wonderful vacation. Thank you Debbie....
