The CruzanBeachHouse (dot com) is an awesome family friendly house is within walking distance to the beach and the town of Frederiksted with is many restaurants and activities. You'll love the ~20000 gallon salt water pool with views of the Caribbean Sea and the sunset. Walking distance to some restaurants as well as Snorkeling and Scuba. This house is near it all!

The host was very accommodating and helpful when unexpected vacation glitches (unrelated to the house) occurred. The house has everything we needed and is close to town.

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice & well supplied the house is & the host was super easy to communicate with. Other than the roosters the neighborhood was quiet. Even though the beaches were so close it was great to come back & jump in the pool. We tried Savant for dinner as well as AMA and Estera. They were all fabulous. I would only go to the landing if it was when there was a band playing so get there early. We caught the tail end of that one day. For the most part, we really enjoyed Beachside Café along with their beach and we also liked Rhythm's at Rainbow Beach to hang out in the afternoon. Louis and nachos had good inexpensive food but needed a good cleaning so only went there once.Would definitely return if we get a chance.

Great Fit For My Family and I

This property was a great fit for us due to the location. We were there for a wedding and were close to family and the different events we attended. The check-in process was very easy. The first impression when walking in was how clean the house was. It was also fully stocked with everything from spices to bug spray. Keith was very responsive and even provided some activity recommendations for us. We had one bump in the road when it came to the pool. We encountered several bugs in the pool due to the heavy rain. However, I was able to discuss it with Keith and make some adjustments to the filter to get it running more effectively. Keith also sent someone out to skim the pool. After that we were good. We have two young kids so the pool was a big part of what we selected the house. The kids were able to enjoy themselves. The covered seating area by the pool was a great area to relax regardless of weather since it was covered. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Well beyond our expectations!

I can’t say enough about how comfortable, beautiful, and perfect this home was for our family during our most recent trip to St. Croix. It was super clean, well appointed, and I loved the decor! The host appealed to my OCD with labels on cabinets and the little touches that make a difference to me like matching bedding and towels. I can tell it has been well cared for. The location is really close to what I think is the best beach on island. The pool is great, especially with a view of the sea at sunset. Breathtaking. Deck space is massive. Loved the kitchen. We grilled out which was a nice option to have. The bedroom with two queen beds is huge. My kids didn’t argue with each other for being in each other’s way. That’s a bonus! There was lots of storage for my overpacking daughter and really big bathrooms and showers which is rare on island from our previous experiences. The sectional in the space is amazing. Typically I find furniture in vacation rentals to be more “economical” which doesn’t always equal comfortable. Not the case here. I know it’s a couch but I tell you, this may be one of my favorite pieces of furniture and am asking where they got it! The host was easy to communicate with and very kind. We will definitely be staying here again.
