Recently renovated home with private pool & on a deep water canal. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, & living area. Clean & comfortable with a location that can’t be beat! Less than 30 minutes to Sanibel and Captiva, and 15 minutes from Downtown Fort Myers. Sunsets, palm trees, and even dolphins or manatees can be seen in the canal. The perfect setting for a quiet vacation or trip to see the Red Sox train! Non-smoking guests only & no parties.

Quiet Hours- 9pm-7am. There is absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property There are no firearms of any kind allowed on our property No EV charging
No parties or large gatherings. This is a quiet family neighborhood & we expect our guests to be conscientious of their impact on the neighbors.
Young children should be supervised at all times. We are not liable for any incidents in regards to the pool- No diving, no running around the pool.

Winter Break

Our stay was enjoyable. Although we couldn’t enjoy the pool, Januay 2024 was mostly grey and chilly we loved the accommodations. The house was a perfect size and in a wonderful neighborhood. We would definitely recommend a stay here if you enjoy a relaxing getaway but close to many attractions.

The house was spacious with access to the pool from every room, including the bathroom. The owners were very responsive and helpful the 5 days we were there. The location of the house in the community is close to all the amenities and Fort Myers beach is a quick care ride away. We hope to be back in the future!
