Make memories at our unique and friendly place. Casa de Photograph (nod to Def Leppard ;) is an offering for most any traveler.
Fish off the dock, play board games, take a sip at the coffee/wine bar, be a chef and cook a meal, plug away in the work space or unplug & relax on the deck, in the (*unheated*) pool or on the dock. Bask in beautiful sunrises/sunsets. Take your boat or kayak out, on the deep water access canal. Downtown is a short 15 min. away & the beaches are an easy drive. Community riverside park with its own beach and a public park, is a short distance or bicycle ride away. Find your bliss & enjoy.

(To keep the serenity of our waterfront retreat, please kindly note the helpful info below:
*We provide a thoughtful starter supply of essentials, including paper towels, toilet paper, etc. For longer stays or additional needs, we recommend bringing extra items or picking up supplies locally.
*Home has a ring door bell camera, a security camera on the left outside the home and on the back right outside the home
*A NEMA 1450 EV charger is available, for $15 per day. Charging cord and/or adaptor not included.
*Trash in brown can ONLY. Mandatory cleaning fee of $25 charge for unbagged trash.
*Mandatory cleaning fee of $25 charge if grill not cleaned after use.)

We loved our short stay here! Everything was spotless and the beds comfortable. WiFi and TVs were a hit with my sons and fishing off the dock was fun. We caught a gar, catfish, a turtle and a crab. It’s a very peaceful and safe neighborhood. Great place to unwind and relax! Host was very communicative and check in and out was simple and efficient. Thank you!! Hope to be back some day.

A lovely place.

We enjoyed the house and the pool under a lanai. With mosquitos on the water it was nice to sit outside anyway. We felt mostly private even though the neighbors are close and there was some construction going on. Every communication with the owner was prompt and helpful, which matters a lot to us. The location was good for restaurants and shopping. The kitchen was well stocked and we especially appreciated the extensive coffee and tea bar. The three bedrooms and gathering spaces are well organized and decorated nicely.

The house had everything we needed (including a fishing pole and reel). Our kids enjoyed the pool. There were also several pool toys which they made use of as well. We enjoyed the many different rooms and spaces which allowed us all to find our own space for relaxation or to hang out as a family. Our host was very responsive and always got back to us within minutes of our inquiries. A clean, safe, relaxing and fun place to call home for our week-long vacation.
