This 100 m2 hotel apartment, located in a 17th century house, has been completely renovated to combine old with modern. Each bedroom has been designed as a suite with bathroom and dressing room. Double glazing throughout. The whole is air-conditioned and the kitchen is equipped with a wine cellar. The two televisions receive cable channels and Netflix. The view of the garden and the pedestrian streets offers calm and a southern exposure. The master suite is equipped with a large dressing roomThe bathroom is spacious and is equipped with a bathtub and toilet.The fully equipped kitchen open to the 40m² living room will allow you to enjoy the products from the market just downstairs in the building.Thanks to its southern exposure overlooking the garden of the house, the apartment is a very bright and quiet place.Guest accessThe apartments are private and therefore entirely dedicated to our travelers. on the 3rd floor without elevator but with a very wide cage so easy to access. 78 steps to access the apartment.after 9pm check in will be charged 30 euros to give to the person who will receive you.Other remarksThe closest car park is the Bellegarde car park 6 minutes walk away and the rate is 20 euros for 24 hours. there is a subscriber rate for the night:Night - From 6:30pm to 8:00amFor 13:30 hours of parking: 7€for long stays Colonel Jeanpierre or Krypton car parkOccasional rate: 3.50 euros per day.
