Aix at its best.

Corinne and Daniel answered allof our questions and helped us along the way. Always with kindness and a smile. There was not one disappointment during our 6 week stay. It was just right for us.

This apartment could not be a better location or value. It is secure and quiet . It is pristine and lovely. The host could not be more helpful. We recommend it most highly.

Magical getaway

Perfectly located near cafés and shops, but in a quiet courtyard. Not a sound all night. Completely stocked with anything you could need. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Great Apartment, Great Host

Exactly as described, everything works, great location on the Cours Mirabeau. Host easy to contact, gave good recommendation for restaurants. Included parking space in center of Aix is important but does need a small car.

Perfect location for visit to Aix-en-Provence

Our first visit to Aix since we left over 25 years ago. Appartement was delightful, lacking nothing and the location is perfect. Centre of everything in the city but at same time quiet and relaxing. All in all a fabulous week’s break.

Lovely Apartment, Great Location

Apartment is just as advertised! Bed was very comfortable with full black out shades. It has a small, very efficient kitchen and comfortable living room. Spent lots of time on the small patio deck with a lovely view of a church spire. The apartment is directly off the Cour Mirabeau with easy access to the entire town. Our host was lovely and checking in and out was easy.

Great apartment in a great location.

This was a lovely apartment in a fantastic location. It had a comfortable separate bedroom and a living and dining area that had everything we needed. There was also a cute terrace overlooking a quiet courtyard where we had coffee in the morning. The location was right on the Cours Mirabeau, so we could walk right out the door and have a great choice for drinks and dinner. We parked our car in the underground parking and never moved it. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again.

Outstanding!

The apartment is perfect in every way! Clean, bright, good size, well appointed, with heating and air-conditioning, and a responsive owner. It is situated in the very centre of Aix, yet sitting on the balcony there is no city noise, except birdsong and church bells. It is absolutely silent at night. It is just a few steps away from cafes, bakeries, grocery store, and the huge market (3 x week) is right outside the entrance to the apartment building; the daily flower and food markets (not to be missed!) are within a 5-minute walk. Within just a few miles of Aix, there are many beautiful villages to explore. We will definitely stay here again. The only slight hiccup is the parking, situated on -2 level of the underground garage. Access and egress is tricky -- very narrow and winding. If hiring a rental car, a sub-compact is advised.

We had a FANTASTIC stay …

The apartment is modern, clean, bright and surprisingly quiet mostly. We had everything we needed in the unit. We spent several times sitting at the terrace for bbfast, snacks, coffees - overlooking the beautiful courtyard, seeing a panoramic view of the spire of a nearby cathedral, called “Eglise de Saint Jean de Malte” among the terra cotta Provençal rooftops -so picturesque, tranquil. Well located in the city town centre - walking distance to restaurants, cafes, farmers market, local attractions, etc. You can go outskirts of Aix if you rented a car to explore other cities, towns, villages depending on the duration of your trip. Plenty to see, do … Yes underground parking is a bit challenging … need to rent a mini car for better maneuvering.Corinne, the host is very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable to provide us sightseeing attractions, responsive to our needs. She helped us in any way from the start to finish of our trip. She is so kind. We thank her so much.Highly recommend.Annie

Amazing location and great apartment

This was our 5th owner rental so far in Italy and France, and by far the best! It is located right on the Cours de Mirabeau, which is a great place to stay. You walk out the gate and you are in the middle of stores and restaurants galore. (Definitely want to stay there for the market, which are Tuesdays, Thursday & Sat.) The apartment faces the indoor garden, so it's quiet, even though you are in a busy area. The parking was free and easy in a garage downstairs and you take an elevator to the apartment. NO STAIRS, which was such a nice change. We had a 4-door sedan and found it easy to drive in the garage. The kitchen is small but well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had 2 sinks! Corrine was a responsive & delightful host. (She even came over one morning to show us how to use the washing machine.) She stocked the kitchen with plenty of coffee, milk, water, sugar, oil, and some seasonings. The Wifi was strong and steady. Overall, a great place for a couple to stay in this great town.

In the Center of AIX

The property location was ideal, directly on the Cour Mirabeau plus an underground parking spot. The garage was interesting to maneuver in but with a small car it was fine. We could walk to everything in AIX. Loved the outdoor markets. Bed was fine; balcony great. Apartment was quiet and private. Washer was fine but had to do smaller loads than typical for Europe. But it was perfect and we were there for 2 weeks.

Fabulous location and equally fabulous hosts

So gracious upon entering the property, and helpful in a very local way (restaurant recommendations, French-typique groceries, etc.) Corinne was super responsive. Hard to believe you can find a better place in Aix for the quality and price. Location is unbeatable, apartment modern and clean, with high level of security for those concerned about that. Me, not so much, but could be important to many. Perfect for a couple.

Beautiful apartment in a great location!

Beautifully appointment, bright clean apartment, well set up for a very enjoyable stay in Aix en Provence. Centrally located, yet quiet, there are plenty of excellent restaurants and boutiques within minutes walking distance. The owners were very responsive and went out of their way to make our stay a memorable experience.

Our favorite

We so much enjoyed our stay here on the Cours Mirabeau. Location was great, And the apartment was our favorite of all the many apartments we have stayed. Weather was so delightful we ate our lunch and most dinners on our quite and lovely balcony. We also really appreciated the elevator and the air conditioning. Very clean and Thank you Corinne for all your special help with our stay.

The best location in Aix

Enjoyed five nights here at this very nice apartment. It is in a perfect location on the very lovely Cours Mirabeau, just a few steps from all the restaurants and shops. The location is ideal with its own garage, elevator, washer, and all modern conveniences. We only had an issue with some very noisy tenants in the building as on a couple of nights they decided to have loud conversations and even some sort of bbq at midnight and at 3:30 am! We were told that this is highly unusual and that this has never happened before. We enjoyed the very clean and modern apartment and would definitely return at another time. Hopefully the issue of noisy tenants will be resolved.

Tout simplement PARFAIT

Appartement magnifiquement situé dans une résidence moderne et confortable. L' existence d'un parking privé dans une ville comme Aix en Provence est particulièrement appréciable. L' appartement lui même est très bien conçu, confortable, en excellent état, agréablement décoré, correspondant totalement à l'annonce. La proximité de la rue d'Italie permet toutes les courses d'alimentation. Nombreux restaurants à proximité (restaurant côté cour 19 cours Mirabeau), cinémas, théâtres, musées ( à 2 pas à pieds la collection Planque rue maréchal Joffre). La voiture n'est utile que pour sortir d'Aix, (Le Tholonet, Barrage Zola, Vauvenargues...) Côté cours Mirabeau accès aux "diablines" petits véhicules électriques qui circulent dans les rues piétonnes et permettent entre autres une belle découverte de la ville pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas. Un lieu idéal à Aix en Provence. L' accueil des Julié est efficace et sympathique. Comme cela a déjà été dit j'ai trouvé un endroit pour mes séjours aixois. Je recommande très fortement cette location.

Very good option in Aix

My wife and I stayed at this apartment for one week during May 2016. We dealt directly with the owner on all matters and everything went smoothly. The apartment is in a terrific location right on Cours Mirabeau, yet overlooks a courtyard which makes for a quiet night's sleep. The building and apartment access are very secure. The apartment is very modern with everything required to make for a comfortable stay. The bed is large and firm. The bathroom has two sinks and generous soaps and toiletries are provided. There is a nice little balcony where one can sit and enjoy a drink. The television is large, works well and has a lot of channels. The WiFi worked well. The kitchen is rather small, but is fully equipped. My wife and I didn't do any real cooking while we were there, but we could have had we wanted to. All things considered, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment and would certainly stay there again if we were to return to Aix.

Perfect stay!

I chose this apartment for it's perfect location and the fact that we wouldn't have to lug our heavy luggage up four flights of stairs! It is right on the gorgeous old main street of Aix, the Cours Mirabeau, and we could pop in and out all day long with ease. The apartment was exactly as pictured and Corinne and Daniel were very helpful and wonderful. We had an enchanted stay and I highly recommend this place. We WILL be coming back and we will definitely stay there again if it is available!! There were no problems of any kind and we were totally pleased. If you are looking for the perfect place to stay- this is it!
