Family Fun in Easton's Point

Love Easton's Point! This property is comfortable and fun both inside and out!! Close to the beach and all the action but also fully equipped to cook and stay home. We enjoyed it very much!

Great week in Middletown, RI!

My family had a great stay at John’s home in Middletown! The house was very clean and it is even more spacious than it looks in the photos. We especially enjoyed the deck and the large backyard- perfect for the kids to run around! The location is great as well. We walked to the beach and it is just a short drive into Newport. John was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We look forward to our next visit!

Great property!

This is a fantastic house to rent in Middletown, RI. It is in the perfect location. It has lots of room for everyone and plenty of bathrooms. The yard is also very enjoyable with a lot of space and a grill. We had a great time. I highly recommend this property!

This property and its location made our vacation that much better!!

I can’t say enough positive things about this property, location and the host. I was hesitant about it being a new rental, and if you are too, DON’T BE! John is very communicative, upfront/honest and laid back. The house itself is so much better than the pictures- it’s fully furnished and such great furniture outside (5+ sitting areas including a dining table and couch!). We spent a lot of time outside. You’re so close to the beaches we walked to different ones on multiple occasions. Third beach is further but still walkable (1-2 miles away?) and the water is super calm. Very close to restaurants as well (Atlantic Grill was a hidden gem for us- their lobster roll and breakfast were wonderful, Tickets for breakfast outside, and Clementines for ice cream). The closeness to Newport was also so convenient. We went multiple times during our stay- did the cliff walk, toured the mansions, walked around and did shops (do the Vanderbilt hotel rooftop bar for a drink and view of the bay!). We had guests range in age from 30 to 90 and everyone loved this house.

Great Location

Beautifully kept home in quiet neighborhood with so much to do within walking or very short ride distance. Both First and Second Beach are walkable with access to the rocks and water by the Clam Bake Club (5 minute walk). Homeowner was extremely responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend this home! Andy
