Elana is a very attractive 45 m2 apartment in a typical Marseille building, the famous 3 fenêtres Marseillais. Completely renovated in 2023, you'll be seduced by its decoration and atmosphere. Situated in a typical Marseille neighborhood, it's an ideal location for discovering Marseille.

Apartment layout :
Elana is located on the third floor of a typical Marseille building. As you enter, you'll find the bedroom facing you, then, on the right, a corridor leading to the shower room, and then the living area comprising a dining area, a sitting area and an open-plan fitted kitchen.

The apartment is fully equipped to make you feel at home: Air conditioning / Wifi / Washing machine / Dishwasher / Nespresso coffee machine / Complimentary welcome coffee capsules ...

Cocoonr service :
You will be greeted personally on site by a service provider selected by Cocoonr Marseille, who will show you around the accommodation, answer your questions and hand over the keys.
Hotel-quality (4/5 stars) sheets and towels are provided, and your bed will be made up on arrival. Towels and bath mats are also provided. Wifi internet access via fiber.

It felt like real Marseille, lived in, genuine and authentic. Bit rough atound the edges but that is it's charm. Never felt unsafe or threatened in any way. The people are warm and hospitable 8n every way. Recommend this part 9n Marseille. Xx

Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung!!! :) Allerdings: Die Wände zur Nachbarwohnung sind relativ dünn, sodass es sehr hellhörig ist. Es empfiehlt sich, Ohrstöpsel mitzunehmen, auch weil draußen trotz Seitenstraße oft laut ein- und ausgeparkt wurde. Insgesamt ist es aber *keine* laute Gegend. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur über AirBnB war freundlich, teilweise aber eher unpersönlich über Templates. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass meine Nachrichten gar nicht richtig gelesen wurden, da teilweise mehrmal die gleiche Frage gestellt wurde. Zudem wurde ich teilweise mit sehr langen Nachrichten überschwemmt. Der Check-In verlief jedoch reibungslos und über eine Person der Agentur, Nikolas war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."
