Located in the heart of the old town, at 10 min walk from the train station, 3 min from the old and close to most local transports (M1, M2, Tram & buses to the beaches), this little studio still remains calm and quite. You will enjoy its sunny terrasse with a little view on Notre Dame de la Garde and its cosyness.<br><br>It is a perfect base to discover the city by foot, easily access the beaches and the calanques (by bus or train), discover the local mediterranean food markets (Noailles and the fish market on the old port), enjoy the night live in la Plaine or the streets around the Opera, wander around the old port, or visit the whole Provence region. <br><br>The studio is on the last floor (with elevator) of an old Marseille building, under the eaves. <br><br>There is no air conditioning, so it can be a little bit hot in summer. It is why it can accomodate 4 people, yet in summer we do advise to keep it for up to 2 people to remain comfortable. <br><br>Details<br>- Accomodation: 4 people from september to June, 2 in July & August (1 double bed + 1 Sofa bed)<br>- Noumber of rooms: 1 living room/kitchen & 1 mezzanine<br>- Balcony<br>- Location: La Canebière / rue Papère<br>- Floor: 6th floor with elevator<br>- Equipment: Internet, fridge, cooking stove, oven, fans<br>- Other: sheet and towels provided.

Very good location, easy to walk all over Marseille from here! There’s no air-conditioning and it’s a top floor apartment with a bed at the highest point so it does get very warm when it’s hot outside. No other complaints though!

The check-in details and comms with Jean-Francois were super clear. The apartment itself is fine (was there in June, so very hot and no AC! Even though there is a very effective fan); the building of the apartment is quite rough and ready, but I didn't have any problems.

L'appartement est très bien situé, très fonctionnel et même cosy avec le lit sur la mezzanine. Manal et Jean-François ont très bien communiqué en amont afin d'arriver dans le logement facilement et sans soucis. Jean-François n'étant pas disponible sur le moment, nous avons pu accéder au logement en autonomie très facilement.Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour se faire à manger si besoin et un petit balcon pour un petit peu d'air d'extérieur. On peut voir depuis le balcon Notre-Dame de la Garde, c'est très chouette.L'appartement est en plein centre et vous avez tout ce qu'il faut autour : de très bons restaurants et bars, un Monoprix, des cinémas, le vieux port à deux pas, des boutiques et l'accès facile aux transports en commun.Notre seul regret est que le logement n'est pas très adapté en cas de fortes chaleurs comme ça a été le cas pour nous. Il est directement sous les toits et l'air ne circule pas. C'était alors très difficile de dormir. Mais dans une situation hors canicule, c'est tout à fait agréable.

6ème étage par un ascenseur plus que poussif et étouffant. Studio sous les toits avec lit en mezzanine par un escalier peu praticable, sauna assuré. Seul un ventilateur ne pouvant apporter aucune fraîcheur puisque le parasol qui aurait pu ombrager légèrement la pièce était cassé, ni tente sur le petit balcon pour apporter un peu d'ombre. Toilettes extrêmement exiguë.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Eine Station mit der Metro vom Bahnhof. Im sechsten Stock. Der Fahrstuhl ist nichts für Klaustrophobiker. Hauptkritikpunkt: Den kleinen Balkon konnten wir nicht nutzen. Auch konnten wir nicht lüften. Die Abluft der untenliegenden Küchen war unerträglich. Wir wechselten nach drei Tage das Quartier.

Sehr netter Kontakt. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Wohnungstür muss von innen abgeschlossen werden, da sie sonst nicht richtig schließt und das Schloss der Badezimmertür ist defekt. Für den Preis dennoch eine gute Unterkunft.

Location parfaite pour un séjour ! Nous étions 3 et cela aurait pû être très confortable a 4 également !! Rapport qualité prix au rendez vous . Proche de tout , transport, restaurant, café, tabac , supermarché ! La personne qui s'occupe du logement à su être réactive ! Beaucoup de vis à vis avec les voisins d'en face , on peut presque leur taper une bise .

Studio très bien situé

Studio agréable et bien situé. Petit balcon sympa. Bon contact à distance avec les propriétaires. Il fait un peu chaud sur la mezzanine mais il y a un ventilateur. Très central, tout contre le typique marché de Noailles on peut tout faire à pied.

Calme et idéalement situé

Le logement est idéalement situé, à proximité des principaux points d'intérêt de la ville et des transports en commun.L'appartement est calme, lumineux et bien équipé.Les échanges avec le propriétaire étaient faciles, et avec une vraie volontée d'accueil ! Très appréciable !
