NEWS FLASH!!!! The villa renovation is complete! Some of the updates are: new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring throughout, interior and exterior doors and paint, outside railings/pergolas, and more! Sea Star Villa in February Point, is an OCEANFRONT, stand alone home with steps leading into the sea. The villa hosts 3 bedrooms: 2 King beds, 2 Twin XL's (Can convert twins into a King)- 2 Full baths & 1 Half bath. The villa sleeps 6 people, including kids and babies.

Enjoy Sea Star’s gracious open living space, 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. This 2,100 sq. ft. two-story stand-alone home offers unsurpassed views of the harbor with a 2nd floor wrap around veranda. The villa faces Elizabeth Harbour and Stocking Island. You are directly facing Chat'n Chill, Coconut Club, St. Francis Resort, Baymahni & Plenty Beach Resort. You can wave at them! The kitchen is fully equipped for your own cooking or hire in the many chefs from Exuma.

The upper floor is complete with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths.

BEDROOM 1 : Primary Bedroom with tray ceiling, a king size bed, opens through French doors onto the veranda with oceanfront, breathtaking views. It has a full en-suite bathroom with a shower and double vanity.
BEDROOM 2: Guest King Bedroom has a king size bed, and opens through French doors onto the veranda, also with magnificent oceanfront views. Shares bathroom w/Guest Twin Bedroom.
BEDROOM 3: Guest Twin Bedroom offers two twin XL beds(OR convert into a King) facing the garden and shares a bathroom with Guest King Bedroom.

This home features large outdoor living space and exclusive use of stone steps leading into the water, a private deck, sand yard, romantic gazebo and breakwater wall. There are plenty of comfortable chaise lounges and deck chairs on the verandas and decking. Sea Star Villa is afforded maximum privacy by lush, mature, flowering landscaping. Kayaks ready and waiting for you to explore the marine life.

The villa is located in a protected bay ideal for swimming, floating, snorkeling and kayaking. And, don't forget the stone steps leading into the sea for easy access.

FEBRUARY POINT is located only 1.5 miles East of George Town & 15 min. from the airport - Situated on a private 80 acre peninsula, February Point, a private & gated community which has the Rusty Anchor Restaurant, the Seaview Spa, two infinity pools, private marina, two secluded beaches, tennis court, fiber optic internet – all are no more than a 0-4 minute walk from the villa. Everything is FAMILY FRIENDLY!

Consider renting a boat to explore Elizabeth Harbour, Stocking Island and the many other beautiful coves and cays only minutes away. Or you can hire a captain to take you out exploring or take the Water Taxi from Government Dock to some of the same places. The crystalline waters of the entire harbor offer excellent snorkeling. Scuba diving is also an option through a local dive shop. In addition, there are many bonefish and deep sea fishing guides only minutes away, available by charter.

THE PIGS!!! Choose to take an excursion up the cays OR experience swimming with the local pigs at the Western end of the island. The Guest Info Sheet you'll receive upon booking, explains it all.

Overnight dock rental at the February Point marina: once your reservation is complete, you'll receive instructions on how to reserve your overnight space at the Feb. Pt marina. There is a fee, per night. Once paid, you will receive a dock slip number to give to the boat rental company.

There is a 600 gallon reserve water tank was installed for water interruptions.

Beach & Outdoor Goodies, too! Two kayaks, two adult & 2 kid size life jackets, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, a hard cooler and a couple of beach bags.

Sandals Resort Golf Course & Marina is currently closed until further notice. For the future, you can be reach the Greg Norman designed golf course in approximately thirty minutes.

NOTE: 5 night minimum stay except for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years & Easter weeks require a 7 night minimum stay. MINIMUM AGE OF PRIMARY RENTER IS 30 YEARS OF AGE and names and ages of each guest are required within 24 hours of booking. No parties or gatherings.
