Relaxing stay

Had a relaxing stay. House was clean and cozy and located in a quiet working class neighborhood minutes from Riviera Beach marina and Blue Heron bridge. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Would happily visit again.

No. 1 experience

Sam was a great host. The property was super clean and as advertised. We stayed there for a week and we felt safe all along in the neighbourhood. We were on site during a tropical storm and Sam, without us asking, came over to check on the property post storm and to fix a few things caused by the storm which was greatly appreciated. Small things that made the stay pleasant for someone like me who rents a lot of these short-term properties: good water pressure in the showers and plenty of hot water; good towels; good washer/dryer; good TV; good internet connection. The check-in/check-out process was simple and Sam was very responsive. In sum: 5/5 experience.

Property Issues

The property was clean. When we first arrived, the closet door fell on my son's girlfriend. The bedroom door also did not open from the inside which caused them to be trapped in the bedroom. My son's girlfriend had to climb out of the window in order to go around to the front door to open the bedroom door. I did inform the owner but received no response. Hopefully this will be repaired by the next person's stay. Make sure you check. It is the bedroom closest to the kitchen.

Cute and comfortable

We had a great time in West Palm. This is located in a working class neighborhood close to Peanut Island (our destination). Great amenities and no surprises. We would love to stay here in the near future. Highly recommended.
