Two story condo with amazing ocean views from all levels! EV charging station available to guests only. Main living area is on the lower level and a massive bedroom takes up the entire 2nd floor. Both the bedroom and living room have huge windows looking out towards the ocean. Located in Gualala and walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. Very fast wifi. Modern, clean, and spacious two-story condo with two parking spaces located a few feet from the front door.

For multiple families or large groups the unit right next door is available. If you would like to book dates for both condo's please contact me so we can block those dates off for you on that unit as well.

This is a commercial building. There are businesses below that use a separate parking lot and enter from the below parking area. Keep in mind that during the day on weekdays you may occasionally hear people talking outside in the parking lot down below the condo.

The kitchen is a smaller kitchen. There is no dishwasher. The fridge is not a full size fridge. There is a 2 burner electric cooktop.

Usage of EV charging station will be an additional charge. Please let me know if you will be using the charging station and I can send you additional information. Vrbo automatically shows dates as booked because of the minimum night stay requirement or blocking off more days than actually needed for cleaning between guests so if you want an extra day before or after what our calendar shows as available feel free to message me and I can check to see if it is available and manually make it available.
