The Space:

This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, loft unit is just a block or so from downtown Hot Springs! You're steps from Bath House Row, National Park hiking trails, visitor center and the many downtown shops and restaurants. This spa inspired downtown loft has all the comforts of home with a relaxing zen feel. The kitchen is fully stocked including a coffee maker, coffee and microwave. There is a 40" smart TV in the living room. Ample private parking and key-less entry.



This upstairs loft unit has 11 foot ceilings and is decorated to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Three of the beds are in a private back room. There is a futon in the living room along with a closet with hangers. The bathroom area separates the shower from the sink, making it accessible to 2 or more people at one time. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and utensils.



Guests will share the large parking area with other tenants.
