City View

The location of the condo was excellent and in a nice area. The condo itself was beautiful with everything that you need for a relaxing vacation. Every room had it own balcony. I would definitely stay in that condo again.

Beautiful property!

While you definitely need a vehicle unless you want to Uber everywhere, this condo is beautiful. Being on the top floor means no noise from above, and a beautiful view across the city. About 5-7 minutes drive to the famous Cabo Marina, easy drive to convenient shopping at Walmart and Costco, great local restaurants a few short minutes away. There’s a parking spot available, which is perfect for the rental car. Easy check-in / check-out process, with extremely helpful & friendly property managers. The owner, Bob, was very understanding & helpful when we ran into a problem (nothing worse than the airline you’re booked with serving strike notice while you’re away!). We weren’t sure we’d be able to check out on time, and it was a huge relief for us to be told we could have extended days if necessary. We also requested to check out late because our flight changes forced us to fly later - we were accommodated without issue. I can highly recommend this property, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Beautiful, quiet condo

We had a very relaxing time in this condominium. Beautiful place. Easy to connect with owner Bob and the property management, Juan and Salvatore. At the airport, the property management arranged our transportation to the condo with a stop at a grocery store to pick up a few items. Great service. Location; we brought our miniature schnauzer with us, walking around the neighborhood was fine but lots of traffic on the main road with many large stray dogs. We took Uber everywhere; to the beach, to the marina and downtown they are excellent and inexpensive. We would definitely return and stay at the same place but would rent a car at the airport to have the flexibility to explore. All in all a great place!

So Amazing!

We had such an amazing first time in Cabo! Muchas Gracias! The condo was so clean, great location, gated security and only 5 minutes to the Marina and Medano Beach. Juan, the property manager, set up our airport shuttle and then he met us when we arrived to help with our luggage and show us the automatic door entry system. From there we Ubered everywhere. This place is sparkling new, new furniture, new beds, new appliances, and so tastefully decorated. We opened the door and felt so relaxed. The complex has a great pool with lounge chairs. Bob was so easy to rent from, he even had beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels for us to use. We can’t wait to go back and bring our friends.
